Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan opgetrokken KOETSHUIS, bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder schilddak met zwarte geglazuurde Hollandse pan. Het koetshuis is opgetrokken in gepotdekseld hout op stenen voeting en heeft een aangebouwde stal onder lessenaarsdak met rode Hollandse pan aan de westzijde. Het koetshuis heeft aan de twee lange zijden (N; Z) twee getoogde ijzeren stalvensters. De kopse voorzijde (O) heeft verticaal beschot en in het midden een hoge dubbele opgeklampte deur. Het koetshuis heeft een houten goot op klampen.

A COACH HOUSE built on a rectangular ground plan consisting of one storey under a hipped roof with black glazed Dutch tiles. The coach house is constructed in clapboarded timber on a stone base and has an attached stable under a lean-to roof with red Dutch tiles on the west side. The coach house has on its two long sides (N; S) two arched iron stable windows. The gable front (E) has vertical boarding and in the centre a high double attached door. The coach house has a wooden gutter on brackets.
Valuation
The coach house is of general importance from a cultural and architectural-historical viewpoint as a historically-functional component of the described complex.
