Op L-vormig grondplan opgetrokken KLOOSTER met SCHOOL, waarvan de korte poot van de L het voormalige klooster bevat en de lange poot de school. Het bouwvolume bevat twee bouwlagen onder samengestelde kap met rode tuiles du Nord. Boven het klooster - met voormalige kapel op de verdieping - bevindt zich een dakruiter met houten klokkestoel. De dakruiter heeft een achthoekige spits met lei in Maasdekking. Het muurwerk met uitgemetselde plint is gepleisterd. Gepleisterd is ook de zich voornamelijk aan de voorzijde bevindende cordonlijst ter hoogte van de verdiepingvloer. Ontlastingsbogen en strekken zijn in rode verblendsteen.
Het klooster heeft een polygonaal uitgebouwde voorzijde. Het muurwerk bevat paneeldeuren met bovenlicht aan voor- en achterzijde en aan alle zijden onregelmatig geplaatste schuifvensters en smalle gekoppelde verticale ramen. Het kapelgedeelte op de verdieping heeft lisenen met terugliggende muurvlakken waarin zich samengestelde spitsboogvensters bevinden. De samengestelde vensters bestaan uit drie smalle verticale ramen, gescheiden door halfsteens muurdammen en gevuld met glas-in-loodramen. Alle venster hebben gepleisterde lekdorpels. De kapel heeft aan de voorzijde (O) een tegeltableau met floraal motief. Het interieur van het klooster is nog in grote delen oorspronkelijk. De school heeft aan de voorzijde (O) voornamelijk smalle verticale en ten dele gekoppelde vensters. De voorzijde heeft bij de derde travee (links) een smalle, risalerende partij, opgetrokken over beide bouwlagen en de kapverdieping, voorzien van een puntgevel met schouderstukken en bekroning met Latijns kruis. Het linker risaliet heeft boven een drie treden tellende stoep de hoofdingang, bestaande uit een beglaasde dubbele paneeldeur met getoogd bovenlicht met kleinde roedenverdeling, op de verdieping vier smalle verticale vensters en op de kapverdieping een rond venster met kleinde roedenverdeling. Boven de ingang een tegeltableau. Aan weerszijden van het linker risaliet elk een dakkapel met lessenaarsdak en piron. De kapellen hebben elk twee meerruits draairamen. De voorzijde heeft rechts nabij de hoek (N) een tweede risalerende partij over beide bouwlagen en de kapverdieping. Het rechter risaliet heeft een paviljoensdak met overstek. Beide risaliet-toppen zijn voorzien van blokvormige tegelmozaïken. Aan de twaalf vensterassen tellende achtergevel van de school (W) grenzen de voormalige leslokalen. De drie noordelijke assen bevinden zich in een risalerend gedeelte. De teruggerooide rechter travee (N) bevat rondom schuifvensters met zesruits bovenlichten. De linkerzijde (Z) van de school sluit aan op het klooster.

CONVENT with SCHOOL erected on an L-shaped ground plan, whereby the short leg of the L contains the former convent and the long leg the school. The building volume comprises two storeys under a combined roof of red tuiles du Nord. Above the convent - with former chapel on the upper floor - is situated a roof turret with wooden bell tower. The roof turret has an octagonal spire with slate in Maas bond. The brickwork with toothed course is plastered. Also plastered is the belt course situated mainly on the front elevation at the level of the floor between storeys. Relief arches and lintels are in red facing brick.
The convent has a polygonal projecting front elevation. The brickwork contains panel doors with fanlights on front and rear elevations and on all sides irregularly positioned sash windows and narrow coupled vertical windows. The chapel section on the upper floor has pilasters with recessed wall surfaces in which compound pointed arch windows are located. The compound windows consist of three narrow vertical windows, separated by half-brick wall piers and filled with leaded glass windows. All windows have plastered drip mouldings. The chapel has on the front elevation (E) a tile tableau with floral motif. The interior of the convent is still in large parts original. The school has on the front elevation (E) mainly narrow vertical and in part coupled windows. The front elevation has at the third bay (left) a narrow projecting section, erected over both storeys and the roof storey, provided with a pointed gable with shoulder pieces and crowned with a Latin cross. The left risalit has above a flight of three steps the main entrance, consisting of a glazed double panel door with arched fanlight with small glazing bars, on the upper floor four narrow vertical windows and on the roof storey a round window with small glazing bars. Above the entrance a tile tableau. On either side of the left risalit each a roof dormer with lean-to roof and finial. The dormers each have two multi-pane casement windows. The front elevation has to the right near the corner (N) a second projecting section over both storeys and the roof storey. The right risalit has a pavilion roof with overhang. Both risalit tops are provided with block-shaped tile mosaics. At the rear elevation of the school (W) with twelve window bays are adjoined the former classrooms. The three northern bays are situated in a projecting section. The set-back right bay (N) contains all around sash windows with six-pane fanlights. The left side (S) of the school adjoins the convent.
