Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwd KOETSHUIS van één bouwlaag onder overstekend zadeldak met zwarte geglazuurde Hollandse pan en gesneden windveren. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen met een gecementeerde plint. De voorzijde (O) heeft een dubbele inrijdeur en daarboven een groot rond gietijzeren venster. De rechterzijde (N), met schieters van muurankers, heeft een klein rond gietijzeren venster. De linkerzijde (Z) heeft in het midden een opgeklampte deur met getoogd drieruits bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden van de deur bevindt zich een getoogd en liggend zesruits venster in gietijzer. De achterzijde (W) heeft in de geveltop een opgeklampte transportdeur. Daaronder bevinden zich twee kleine ronde vensters in gietijzer.
Waardering
Het eclectische, uit circa 1880 daterende koetshuis is van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het beschreven complex, alsook wegens de karakteristieke bouwhistorische details.

Description
COACH HOUSE built on rectangular plan of one storey under overhanging gabled roof with black glazed Dutch tiles and carved wind vanes. The masonry is built up in red brick with a cemented plinth. The front (E) has a double carriage doors and above it a large round cast-iron window. The right side (N), with shiploap of wall anchors, has a small round cast-iron window. The left side (S) has in the centre a fixed door with arched three-pane fanlight. On either side of the door is an arched and horizontal six-pane window in cast iron. The rear side (W) has in the gable peak a fixed cart door. Below this are two small round windows in cast iron.
Valuation
The eclectic coach house dating from circa 1880 is of general interest as a historical-functional component of the described complex, as well as by reason of its characteristic construction-historical details.
