Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwde VILLA - voormalige pastorie - bestaande uit twee bouwlagen onder schilddak met de noklijn evenwijdig aan de weg. Het schilddak heeft zwarte Hollandse pannen, de twee nokpunten hebben in oorsprong vierkante schoorstenen. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen met gepleisterde decoratie, met name op de voorgevel. De voorgevel heeft een plint in natuursteen, de overige gevels hebben een gecementeerde plint. Behalve op de achtergevel wordt het muurwerk horizontaal geleed door een cordonlijst ter hoogte van de verdiepingvloer. Het muurwerk wordt afgesloten door een omgaand hoofdgestel. De lekdorpels van de vensters in de voorgevel en de rechterzijgevel zijn in hardsteen. De symmetrische voorgevel (O) telt vijf vensterassen en heeft op de beide hoeken geblokte pilasters. De middelste as wordt geflankeerd door lisenen en heeft op de parterre een dubbele paneeldeur met bovenlicht. Daarboven bevindt zich een balkon op consoles. Dit balkon wordt vanaf de verdieping bereikt via een dubbele deur met glaspanelen en bovenlicht met afgeronde bovenhoeken. Hierboven bevindt zich een geveltop met afgeronde en gedecoreerde bovenzijde. Deze geveltop doorsnijdt het hoofdgestel en bevat een getoogd venster met T-profiel. De gevelvlakken die de middenpartij flankeren hebben elk twee schuifvensters op de parterre en twee schuifvensters op de verdieping. De vensters hebben aan de bovenzijde een afsluiting in de vorm van een korfboog. De gedecoreerde wenkbrauwen hierboven volgen deze korfboog.
De rechterzijgevel (N) heeft een middenrisaliet met op de parterre een paneeldeur met bovenlicht en op de verdieping een schuifvenster. Deur en venster worden verticaal verbonden door middel van gepleisterd lijstwerk. De linkerhoek van de gevel heeft een geblokte pilaster. Tussen deze pilaster en de middenrisaliet bevindt zich een schuifvenster dat in vorm en decoratie identiek is aan de vensters in de voorgevel.
De linkerzijgevel (Z) en de achtergevel (W) hebben een gewijzigde vensterindeling.
Waardering
De in eclectische trant uitgevoerde, voormalige pastorie uit circa 1880 is van algemeen belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als karakteristiek en gaaf bewaard voorbeeld van een laat-19de-eeuwse notabelenwoning en als historisch-functioneel hoofdonderdeel van het voormalige pastoriecomplex.

VILLA built on rectangular plan - former parsonage - consisting of two storeys under a hipped roof with the ridge line parallel to the road. The hipped roof has black Dutch tiles, the two ridge ends originally have square chimneys. The masonry is built up in red brick with plastered decoration, particularly on the front façade. The front façade has a plinth in natural stone, the remaining façades have a cemented plinth. Apart from the rear façade, the masonry is articulated horizontally by a cornice at the level of the floor. The masonry is finished with a surrounding main cornice. The drip moulds of the windows on the front façade and the right side façade are in hardstone. The symmetrical front façade (E) has five window bays and has rusticated pilasters on both corners. The central bay is flanked by lisenes and has on the ground floor a double panelled door with fanlight. Above this is a balcony on consoles. This balcony is accessed from the first floor via a double door with glazed panels and fanlight with rounded upper corners. Above this is a gable section with rounded and decorated top. This gable section intersects the main cornice and contains an arched window with T-profile. The façade planes flanking the central section each have two sash windows on the ground floor and two sash windows on the first floor. The windows have at the top a finish in the form of a basket arch. The decorated eyebrows above follow this basket arch.
The right side façade (N) has a central risalit with on the ground floor a panelled door with fanlight and on the first floor a sash window. Door and window are vertically connected by means of plastered moulding. The left corner of the façade has a rusticated pilaster. Between this pilaster and the central risalit is a sash window that is identical in form and decoration to the windows on the front façade.
The left side façade (S) and the rear façade (W) have an altered window arrangement.
Valuation
The former parsonage executed in eclectic style from circa 1880 is of general interest by reason of its architectural and cultural-historical value as a characteristic and well-preserved example of a late 19th-century notable's residence and as a historical-functional principal component of the former parsonage complex.
