De WAGENSCHUUR is aan de achterzijde van de boerderij en haaks op de nokas gesitueerd. De in kalkzandsteen opgetrokken wagenschuur bezit een L-vormige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met rode oud Hollandse pan. In de geveleinden komen rode verblendstenen spekbanden voor. Het dak van de uitbouw was ten tijde van de inventarisatie ingestort. Het dakschild in de VOORGEVEL is in het midden opgewipt. De voorgevel bestaat uit diverse houten (latten)deuren en een open gedeelte. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL bezit beneden over de gehele breedte een streklaag in rode verblendsteen die op de hoek als hoekkolom tot aan de uitkraging van de, met gewone bakstenen op hun kant belegde, schuine zijden van de topgevel reikt. Boven de genoemde streklaag komen twee getoogde gietijzeren drieruits stalraampjes voor. De neggen zijn in rode verblendsteen uitgevoerd en in de toog is om en om een kop in dit materiaal toegepast. De raampjes rusten evenals het luik hierboven op een gecementeerde lekdorpel. In de geveltop komt een luik voor, dat door rode verblendstenen banden is omlijst. De geveltop wordt onder de kruin door een uitkraging afgesloten. Het linker gedeelte van de gevel is uitgebouwd en niet oorspronkelijk. In de van muurankers voorziene ACHTERGEVEL komt alleen ter linkerzijde van de haaks op de gevel aangebouwde uitbouw, een zg. gietijzeren 'ossekop'-raampje voor dat wordt afgesloten door een rollaag van om en om kalkzandsteen en rode verblendsteen. Het venster bezit een gecementeerde lekdorpel. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL is op de uitbouw na identiek aan de linker zijgevel.
Waardering
De open WAGENSCHUUR is haaks op de middenas achter de boerderij gelegen.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege zijn uiterlijke verschijnings vorm en het toegepaste materiaal verblendsteen en kalkzandsteen.
- Van stedenbouwkundige waarde vanwege de relatie met de boerderij en overige bijgebouwen. Het ensemble heeft een bijzondere betekenis voor het aanzien van dit noordelijke gedeelte van het dorp Wapenveld.
- Van cultuurhistorische waarde vanwege de oorsprong van de boerderij die tot in de 17de eeuw teruggaat en als pachtboerderij deel uitmaakte van het grondgebied van het verdwenen klooster Hulsbergen. De verschillende complex-onderdelen zijn eveneens van belang vanwege hun bestemming die verbonden is met een agrarische en economische ontwikkeling waarbij de functie van de boerderij aan de aanwezige bebouwing veelal is af te lezen.

Description
The WAGON SHED is situated at the rear of the farmhouse and perpendicular to the ridge. The wagon shed constructed of calcium silicate brick has an L-shaped floor plan and is covered by a gabled roof with red old Dutch tiles. In the gable ends red facing brick bands appear. The roof of the extension had collapsed at the time of the inventory. The roof panel in the FRONT FACADE is raised in the middle. The front facade consists of various wooden (lath) doors and an open section. The LEFT SIDE FACADE has along the entire width below a course in red facing brick which on the corner reaches as a corner column to the corbelling of the slanting sides of the gable end, tiled with ordinary bricks on their edge. Above the mentioned course there are two arched cast-iron three-pane stable windows. The reveals are executed in red facing brick and in the arch every other brick head in this material is applied. The windows rest as well as the shutter above on a cemented drip moulding. In the gable apex there is a shutter framed by red facing brick bands. The gable apex is closed off under the crown by a corbel. The left section of the facade is extended and not original. In the REAR FACADE provided with wall anchors there is only on the left side of the outbuilding built perpendicular to the facade a so-called cast-iron 'ox-head' window which is closed off by a roll moulding of alternating calcium silicate brick and red facing brick. The window has a cemented drip moulding. The RIGHT SIDE FACADE apart from the extension is identical to the left side facade.
Assessment
The open WAGON SHED is situated perpendicular to the middle axis behind the farmhouse.
- Of architectural historical value because of its external appearance and the applied material facing brick and calcium silicate brick.
- Of urban planning value because of the relationship with the farmhouse and other outbuildings. The ensemble has a special significance for the character of this northern part of the village of Wapenveld.
- Of cultural historical value because of the origin of the farmhouse which dates back to the 17th century and as a tenant farmhouse formed part of the territory of the disappeared monastery Hulsbergen. The various complex components are likewise important because of their purpose which is connected with an agricultural and economic development whereby the function of the farmhouse is often readable from the existing buildings.
