Omschrijving
Dit pand is gesitueerd ten noordoosten van de villa en bevat links op rechthoekige plattegrond de voormalige stal met hooizolder, afgedekt door een zadeldak met overstek en windveren, en rechts op vrijwel vierkante plattegrond het voormalige koetshuis onder zadeldak dat lager opgaat dan dat van de stal en waarvan de nok loodrecht staat op de nok van de stal. De daken zijn bedekt met rode kruispannen. De voormalige stal is opgetrokken uit witgepleisterde baksteen met zwart geverfde plint, en heeft in de oostgevel een tweedelig openslaand raam op de begane grond en recht daarboven een dubbele deur met glas, waarin zich vroeger een dichte deur bevond. De huidige deur opent op een later aangebracht balkon met een trap naar beneden. De zuidgevel van de stal is op de begane grond voorzien van een deur en op de verdieping van een driedelig raam. De westgevel heeft een kruisvormig raam in de geveltop. Het gedeelte van het voormalige koetshuis is opgetrokken uit houten delen en is aan de oostzijde voorzien van een dubbele deur die later is vergroot toen het koetshuis als garage in gebruik werd genomen.

Description
This building is situated to the northeast of the villa and contains on the left on a rectangular floor plan the former stable with hayloft, covered by a gabled roof with overhang and wind braces, and on the right on an almost square floor plan the former coach house under a gabled roof that rises lower than that of the stable and of which the ridge is perpendicular to the ridge of the stable. The roofs are covered with red cross tiles. The former stable is constructed of whitewashed brick with a black-painted plinth, and has in the east facade a two-part French window on the ground floor and directly above it a double glazed door, in which there was formerly a solid door. The current door opens onto a later-installed balcony with a staircase down. The south facade of the stable is furnished on the ground floor with a door and on the storey with a three-part window. The west facade has a cross-shaped window in the gable apex. The section of the former coach house is constructed of wooden elements and is furnished on the east side with a double door which was later enlarged when the coach house was used as a garage.
