Omschrijving
Kippenhok betaande uit houtskelet opgevuld met gerabatte delen. Rechthoekig grondplan, overstekend tentdak met omlopende, geschulpte daklijst; het dak wordt bekroond door een piek.
Waardering
Het kippenhok is van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex Parkweg 18A en als typologisch zeldzaam geworden voorbeeld van een uit omstreeks 1900 daterend kippenhok c.q. agrarisch hulpgebouw.

Henhouse consisting of timber frame filled with rabbeted elements. Rectangular ground plan, overhanging ridge tent roof with surrounding carved roof moulding; the roof is crowned by a finial.
Valuation
The henhouse is of general importance as a historical-functional component of the complex Parkweg 18A and as a typologically rare example of a henhouse or agricultural outbuilding dating from circa 1900.
