Op L-vormig grondplan gebouwde DIENSTWONING (1898), onderdeel van het waterwincomplex "Waterleidingbedrijf Zuid-Kennemerland", bestaande uit parterre en kapverdieping in een samengestelde kap. De dienstwoning werd waarschijnlijk ontworpen door J. Schotel. De kap bestaat uit twee elkaar snijdende zadeldaken bedekt met een zwarte kruispan. De licht overstekende kap heeft gladde windveren die in de geveltop aan de zuidzijde worden bekroond met een houten makelaar. De noklijn wordt aan het oostelijk einde doorsneden door een schoorsteen. Een tweede schoorsteen doorsnijdt het westelijk dakschild. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een uitgemetselde plint. Het muurwerk is gedecoreerd met horizontale banden in hardgebakken oranjerode steen. De boogvelden onder de ontlastingsbogen boven de vensters en deuren hebben meerkleurig metselmozaïk. Het pand heeft voornamelijk vensters aan de zuid- en noordzijde. De westzijde is blind. De vensters bestaan uit dubbele kozijnen met schuifvensters en hebben aan weerszijden luiken. SERVANTS' DWELLING (1898) built on an L-shaped ground plan, component of the water extraction complex "Waterleidingbedrijf Zuid-Kennemerland", consisting of ground floor and attic storey in a compound roof truss. The servants' dwelling was probably designed by J. Schotel. The roof consists of two intersecting gabled roofs covered with black cross tiles. The slightly projecting roof has smooth wind braces which at the gable end on the south side are crowned with a wooden chimney breast. The ridge line is crossed at the eastern end by a chimney. A second chimney crosses the western roof panel. The masonry is constructed in red brickwork on a bedded plinth. The masonry is decorated with horizontal bands in hard-fired orange-red stone. The arch fields beneath the relieving arches above the windows and doors have multi-coloured brick mosaic. The building has windows mainly on the south and north sides. The west side is blank. The windows consist of double frames with sash windows and have shutters on both sides. The front door is a panelled door within a frame with leaded glass in the fanlight. The gable end on the south side has a T-shaped window of which the arched upper section passes through the sheathing.
