Inleiding
Schoolgebouw uit 1917. Gebouwd als Rijks Landbouw Winterschool.
Thans in gebruik als Open Leer Centrum, waarvoor het interieur van de lokalen is gemoderniseerd. De bescherming betreft het exterieur van de school, de hoofdindeling en het trappenhuis met glas-in-lood ramen.
Omschrijving
School opgetrokken in baksteen over twee bouwlagen onder met bouletpannen gedekt schilddak met schoorstenen op de nokeinden. De school is gedeeltelijk onderkelderd. Onder de gootlijst op klossen een fries van uitkragend metselwerk. Alle vensters hebben kruiskozijnen met in het raamhout een zesruits roedenverdeling. Boven de vensters strekken. De vensters zijn in verticale spaarvelden over beide verdiepingen gevat, met op de verdiepingscheiding decoratief metselwerk.
De voorgevel (N) heeft een middenrisaliet onder een steekkap met dakkapel. Centraal de entree met stoep in een rondgebogen portiek, met sluitsteen en negblokken. Entree met zijlichten (melkmeisje) en rondgebogen bovenlicht met straalgewijs aangebracht glas-in-lood. In de sluitsteen het jaartal. Boven de portiek een gevelsteen met "R.L.W. school". Op de verdieping een zesdelig kruiskozijn. Aan weerszijden, op beide verdiepingen één kruiskozijn.
In de gevelvlakken aan weerszijden van de risaliet op beide verdiepingen twee kruiskozijnen.
In beide zijgevels aan de zuidzijde vier verticaal gekoppelde kruisvensters, waaronder twee kelderramen.
Aan de achterzijde centraal trappenhuisvensters met glas-in-lood. Aan weerszijden op beide verdiepingen drie hoge smalle vensters onder een gekoppeld vierruits drielichtvenster voor de toiletten. Aan weerszijden daarvan op beide verdiepingen twee kruiskozijnen, behalve links waar een entree met gekoppeld venster en stoep zijn gebouwd.
Interieur

School constructed in brick over two storeys beneath a hipped roof covered with boulet tiles with chimneys on the ridge ends. The school is partially undercellared. Beneath the gutter line on corbels a frieze of projecting brickwork. All windows have cross windows with in the frame a six-pane glazing bar arrangement. Above the windows string courses. The windows are set in vertical spandrels over both storeys, with decorative brickwork on the storey separation.
The front facade (N) has a central pavilion beneath a strut gable with roof dormer. Centrally the entrance with steps in a round-arched portico, with keystone and negblocks. Entrance with side lights (milk maiden motif) and round-arched fanlight with radially arranged stained glass. In the keystone the date. Above the portico a facade stone with "R.L.W. school". On the upper floor a six-part cross window. On either side, on both storeys one cross window.

In both side facades on the south side four vertically coupled cross windows, including two cellar windows.
