Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwd KOETSHUIS bij villa Mariënhof bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder flauw hellend en rondom overstekend zadeldak. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen, het zadeldak is bedekt met een rode muldenpan. De kap heeft ter decoratie snijwerk onder de windveren en gootlijsten. Ook op de samenkomst van de windveren boven de zuidelijke geveltop (voorgevel) is snijwerk geplaatst. De voorgevel (Z) heeft een hoge rechthoekige opening waarin dubbele, schuifbare paneeldeuren zijn geplaatst. Aan weerszijde van deze schuifdeuren bevindt zich een smal rondboogvormig venster met 3 Andreaskruisen. De beide zijgevels zijn blind. De achtergevel heeft een rechthoekig venster met vierruits roedenverdeling.
Waardering
Het uit 1867 daterende koetshuis bij de villa "Mariënhof" is van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het villacomplex.

Description
CARRIAGE HOUSE built on a rectangular ground plan at villa Mariënhof consisting of one storey under a gently sloping and all-around overhanging gabled roof. The brickwork is raised in red brick, the gabled roof is covered with red pan tiles. The roof has for decoration cutwork under the weather vanes and gutter lines. Cutwork is also placed at the junction of the weather vanes above the southern gable top (front facade). The front facade (S) has a tall rectangular opening in which double, sliding panel doors are placed. On both sides of these sliding doors is a narrow semicircular-arched window with 3 St Andrew's crosses. Both side facades are blank. The rear facade has a rectangular window with four-pane glazing bars.
Valuation
The carriage house dating from 1867 at the villa "Mariënhof" is of general importance as a historical-functional component of the villa complex.
