Omschrijving complexonderdeel 4
Een aan de rechterzijde van de hoofdas gelegen TBC-PAVILJOEN van één bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond onder een plat dak met overstek op klossen met peerkraalmotief. De bakstenen gevels zijn bepleisterd met uitzondering van de plint, een horizontale band ter hoogte van de bovendorpels en de strekken boven de vensters en deuren. De voorgevel aan de westzijde is zeven vensterassen breed en heeft een symmetrische indeling met drie- en tweelichtsvensters voorzien van bovenlichten en roedenindeling. Op de middenas bevindt zich de ingangspartij bestaande uit een samengesteld venster waarin een deur met zij- en bovenlichten.
De achtergevel heeft een symmetrische opzet, waartegen zowel uiterst links als rechts is een klein risalerend bouwvolume onder een plat dak aangebouwd, waarin twee kleine staande roedenvensters zijn gezet. Hiertussen bevinden zich van links naar rechts een dubbele deur met roedenbovenlicht, een pseudo kruisvenster en een drielichts roedenvenster. Aan de geveluiteinden is een staand roedenvenster gezet.
De linker zijgevel heeft een tweede ingang bestaande uit een deur met bovenlicht die links van de middenas geplaatst is. De rechterzijgevel is blind.

Description of complex component 4
A TBC PAVILION of one storey located on the right side of the main axis on a rectangular plan under a flat roof with overhang on brackets with pear bead motif. The brick facades are rendered with the exception of the plinth, a horizontal band at the height of the upper lintels and the stretches above the windows and doors. The front facade on the west side is seven window bays wide and has a symmetrical arrangement with three- and two-light windows provided with fanlights and glazing bar arrangement. On the central axis is located the entrance section consisting of a composite window in which a door with side and fanlights.
The rear facade has a symmetrical layout, against which on both the far left and right a small projecting building volume under a flat roof is built, in which two small standing glazing bar windows are placed. Between these are, from left to right, a double door with glazing bar fanlight, a pseudo cross window and a three-light glazing bar window. At the facade ends a standing glazing bar window is placed.
The left side facade has a second entrance consisting of a door with fanlight which is placed to the left of the central axis. The right side facade is blank.
