DIENSTWONING van de gasbaas van na 1850. Vooraan op het terrein bevindt zich de dienstwoning, bestaande uit een bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond onder met gesmoorde kruispannen gedekt zadeldak. Het huis heeft halverwege een sprong en aan de rechterzijde een hoge uitbouw onder een plat dak. Het pand is uitgevoerd in baksteen, grotendeels wit gesausd, afgewisseld met banden, strekken en bogen in gele en rode verblendsteen.

Description
SERVICE COTTAGE of the gas master from after 1850. On the front of the property is located the service cottage, consisting of one storey on a rectangular floor plan under a gabled roof covered with muffled pantiles. The house has a step halfway along and on the right side a high extension under a flat roof. The building is executed in brick, mostly white-rendered, alternated with bands, courses and arches in yellow and red facing brick.
