Omschrijving
ZUIVERHUIS. Het in 1915 gebouwde zuiverhuis is een pand op rechthoekige plattegrond van een hoge bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met gesmoorde kruispannen gedekt. Het pand is uitgevoerd in baksteen en voorzien van lisenen en tandlijsten. Het pand heeft in hoofdzaak blinde gevels, die gedeeltelijk achter jongere bebouwing schuilgaan. Deze jongere bebouwing valt niet onder de bescherming. De voor- en achtergevel zijn voorzien van een grote vensterpartij met niet authentieke vensters in oorspronkelijke maatvoering. In het interieur geklonken stalen spanten die het dak dragen.

Description
DAIRY HOUSE. The dairy house built in 1915 is a building on a rectangular floor plan of one high storey under a gabled roof covered with muffled pantiles. The building is executed in brick and provided with pilasters and dentil mouldings. The building has mainly blank gables, which are partly hidden behind more recent construction. This more recent construction is not protected. The front and rear gables are provided with a large window arrangement with non-authentic windows in original dimensions. In the interior riveted steel trusses supporting the roof.
