Omschrijving onderdeel 6:
TUINMUUR, wellicht eveneens door Couven ontworpen, tweede kwart achttiende eeuw; baksteen en mergel in de bekroning van de pijlers. Heeft een voor een tuinmuur zeer rijke architectuur; de muur is door kruispijlers verdeeld in vijf traveeën. De muurvakken tussen de pijlers hebben elk weer versieringen van twee gebosseerde panelen. De muur loopt van ongeveer het midden van de oostgevel van het bijgebouw in de richting van het kasteel; daar is een doorgang tussen twee pijlers; de muur vormt de scheiding tussen de voormalige moestuin en het erf van het bijgebouw.

Description of component 6:
GARDEN WALL, possibly also designed by Couven, second quarter 18th century; brick and marl in the crowning of the pillars. Has a very rich architecture for a garden wall; the wall is divided by cross pillars into five bays. The wall sections between the pillars each have embellishments of two rusticated panels. The wall runs from approximately the middle of the east facade of the ancillary building in the direction of the castle; there is a passage between two pillars; the wall forms the division between the former kitchen garden and the yard of the ancillary building.
