Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
BIJGEBOUW in baksteen op L-plattegrond, XVII, met een noord- en een langere westvleugel; op het knikpunt van de vleugels een vierkante hoektoren waarvan de spits verdwenen is; de westvleugel heeft aan de korte eind(=zuid)gevel een rond hoektorentje met een leiengedekte knobbelspits met windvaan (jaartal 1774). Halverwege de lange westvleugel een poortdoorgang onder een met natuursteen versierde topgevel, waarin een wapensteen. Het bijgebouw heeft twee bouwlagen onder een met grijze pannen gedekt schilddak; het zuidelijk deel van de westvleugel (rechts van de poortdoorgang) heeft een iets hoger dak en een kelderverdieping, waarin vroeger een brouwerij. Inwendig o.m. vier kruisgewelven op centrale pijler.

OUTBUILDING in brick on L-shaped ground plan, 17th century, with a north and a longer west wing; at the angle point of the wings a square corner tower of which the spire has disappeared; the west wing has at the short end (= south) gable a round corner turret with a slate-clad pointed roof with weathervane (date 1774). Halfway along the long west wing a gate passage under a gable roof decorated with natural stone, in which an armorial stone. The outbuilding has two storeys under a hipped roof covered with grey tiles; the southern section of the west wing (right of the gate passage) has a slightly higher roof and a basement storey, which once housed a brewery. Internally among others four cross-vaults on central pillar.
