De rechter twee WOONHUIZEN zijn over drie bouwlagen opgetrokken in rode verblendsteen met gepleisterde sierbanden, sluit- en aanzetstenen, onder een zadeldak met grijze tuile du Nordpannen. De overstekende goot steunt op houten klampen. Daaronder zijn blokvormige gepleisterde decoraties aangebracht, die boven de vensters zijn ingekort. De sluitstenen boven de vensteropeningen zijn voorzien van een diamantkop.
De voorgevel telt vier vensterassen, waarvan de meest linkse iets risaleert. De zijgevel is blind. Boven de rechtgesloten vensters rechte en getoogde strekken, met straalsgewijs beeldhouwwerk in de boogtrommels. De twee buitenste vensterassen van de voorgevel worden in beslag genomen door erkers met daarop een balkon met balustrade onder een dakje op standvinken. De linker erker is rechthoekig, op de houten bewerkte standvinken rust een lessenaardakje. De rechter erker heeft schuin geplaatste zijwanden. Op de standvinken met gietijzeren decoraties rust een schilddakje.
Boven de centraal gelegen toegangsdeuren twee smalle vensters met bovenlichten. De tweede verdieping is geleed door vensters van verschillend formaat met bovenlichten.

Het dubbele woonhuis is van algemeen architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang vanwege:

Description
The two right-hand DWELLING HOUSES are erected over three storeys in red facing brick with plastered decorative bands, closing and abutment stones, under a gabled roof with grey tuile du Nord tiles. The overhanging gutter is supported on wooden brackets. Beneath this, block-shaped plastered decorations have been applied, which are cut short above the windows. The closing stones above the window openings are provided with a diamond-shaped head.
The front facade has four window bays, of which the leftmost one projects slightly. The side facade is blind. Above the flush windows straight and arched stretches, with radiating sculptural work in the arch drums. The two outermost window bays of the front facade are occupied by oriels with a balcony with balustrade above them under a small roof on corbels. The left oriel is rectangular, on the wooden worked corbels rests a sloping roof. The right oriel has angled side walls. On the corbels with cast-iron decorations rests a small hipped roof.
Above the centrally located entrance doors two narrow windows with fanlights. The second storey is articulated by windows of different sizes with fanlights.

The double dwelling house is of general architectural historical and urban planning importance because of:
