Omschrijving
Het linker WOONHUIS is over twee bouwlagen opgetrokken in rode verblendsteen met sierankers, gepleisterde sierbanden en aanzetstenen, onder een schilddak met grijze tuile du Nordpannen. De overstekende goot steunt op opengewerkte en versierde houten consoles. De ingang bevindt zich in een gemetseld aanbouwtje tegen de zijgevel onder een zadeldak met dakleer. De voorgevel telt twee vensterassen. In de afgesnoten hoek tussen voor- en zijgevel één vensteras. De zijgevel is verder blind.
De rechter vensteras van de voorgevel wordt in beslag genomen door een rechthoekige erker met daarop een balkon. Op het balkon een houten zadeldakje op standvinken. De vensteras wordt afgesloten door een beschoten geveltop met een overstekende daklijst, windveren, trekbalk en makelaar. In de erker rechtgesloten vensters met bovenlichten onder segmentbogen met straalsgewijs beeldhouwwerk in de boogtrommels. Het getoogde balkonvenster heeft een rechtgesloten bovenlicht met roeden.
De vensters in de linker vensteras zijn voorzien van getoogde achtruits bovenlichten onder segmentbogen. De rechtgesloten vensters in de afgesnoten hoek zijn onder gepleisterde blokken geplaatst.

The left DWELLING is built over two storeys in red facing brick with ornamental wall anchors, plastered decorative bands and quoins, under a hipped roof with grey Tuile du Nord tiles. The overhanging gutter is supported on openwork and decorated wooden consoles. The entrance is located in a built-in small outbuilding against the side facade under a gabled roof with roof membrane. The front facade has two window bays. In the cut-off corner between front and side facade one window bay. The side facade is otherwise blank.
The right window bay of the front facade is occupied by a rectangular bay window with a balcony above it. On the balcony a small wooden gabled roof on corbels. The window bay is closed off by a capped gable top with an overhanging roof line, weather vanes, a tie beam and finial. In the bay window are square-headed windows with fanlights under segmental arches with radiating carved work in the arch voussoirs. The arched balcony window has a square-headed fanlight with glazing bars.
The windows in the left window bay are provided with arched flat-headed fanlights under segmental arches. The square-headed windows in the cut-off corner are placed under plastered blocks.
