Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ met BAKHUIS, SCHUUR en HOOIBERG, behorende tot Huis Maarsbergen en gelegen ten noorden van het huis aan de overzijde van de Maarnse Grindweg. De huidige boerderij "De Cruyvoort" is in 1889 in opdracht van K.A. Godin de Beaufort herbouwd naar voorbeeld van de oude, vroeg-18de-eeuwse boerderij op deze plaats. Langhuisboerderij in traditioneel-ambachtelijke bouwtrant, opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen onder wolfdak met geschulpte windveren en grijze Hollandse pannen, waarop een bakstenen schoorsteen met afdekplaat. In de voorgevel drie zesruits schuifvensters met luiken in de Maarsbergen-kleuren (rood-geel-groen) en twee vensters met luik. Op de verdieping eveneens een venster met luik. In de achtergevel een inrijdeur en twee mestdeuren, waarboven een luik. In de beide zijgevels zijn stalraampjes en twee deuren onder het opgelichte dak aangebracht. In het INTERIEUR zijn enkele 18de-eeuwse elementen van belang. Onder meer de oude grenenhouten ankerbalkgebinten en de overwelfde kelder onder de opkamer, met pekelbakken en luik met trapje naar de opkamer. BAKHUIS uit eerste helft 19e eeuw ten oosten van de boerderij. Gebouwtje op rechthoekige grondslag, opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen en gedekt door een met blauwe pannen belegd zadeldak met windveren. Aan de linkerzijde is een secreet aangebouwd. De detaillering van de voorgevel is eclectisch en bestaat op de begane grond uit een driedelig venster met verhoogd middendeel en roeden en rondom lijsten en luiken in de Maarsbergen-kleuren; erboven een rond venster onder lijsten. In het INTERIEUR bevindt zich nog de oven. Ten dele vernieuwde SCHUUR achter de boerderij, opgetrokken uit hout en gedekt door een met rode pannen belegd gebroken dak. Description
FARMHOUSE with BAKEHOUSE, BARN and HAY BARN, belonging to Huis Maarsbergen and located to the north of the house on the opposite side of the Maarnse Grindweg. The present farmhouse "De Cruyvoort" was rebuilt in 1889 on the instructions of K.A. Godin de Beaufort following the example of the old, early 18th-century farmhouse at this location. Long-house farmhouse in traditional-craft building style, constructed in reddish-brown brick under a half-hipped roof with scalloped roof-boards and grey Dutch tiles, with a brick chimney with capping plate. In the front facade three six-light sash windows with shutters in the Maarsbergen colours (red-yellow-green) and two windows with shutters. On the upper storey likewise a window with shutter. In the rear facade a carriage entrance and two manure doors, above which a shutter. In both side facades are stable windows and two doors under the raised roof. In the INTERIOR some 18th-century elements are of importance. Among them the old pine timber anchor-beam trusses and the barrel-vaulted cellar under the upper room, with brine tubs and hatch with stairs to the upper room. BAKEHOUSE from the first half of the 19th century to the east of the farmhouse. Small building on a rectangular ground plan, constructed in reddish-brown brick and covered by a gabled roof with blue tiles and roof-boards. On the left side a privy is attached. The detailing of the front facade is eclectic and consists on the ground floor of a three-part window with raised central section and glazing bars and surrounding mouldings and shutters in the Maarsbergen colours; above it a round window under mouldings. In the INTERIOR the oven is still present. Partially renewed BARN behind the farmhouse, constructed of timber and covered by a broken roof covered with red tiles. INTERNALLY the presumed early 18th-century anchor-beam trusses are preserved. On the farmyard a mid-19th-century four-rood HAY BARN with thatched roof.
