Inleiding
Garage annex dienstwoningen, gebouwd ten behoeve van de buitenplaats De Hoogt. Het pand werd in 1917 opgetrokken in opdracht van de familie De Beaufort naar ontwerp van architect J.W. Hanrath.
Omschrijving
De aan de oprijlaan van het hoofdgebouw van de Hoogt gelegen GARAGE MET DIENSTWONINGEN is op een nagenoeg trapeziumvormige plattegrond opgetrokken en telt één bouwlaag onder een met rode verbeterde Hollandse pannnen gedekt zadeldak met steekkappen van gelijke nokhoogte.
De voorgevel (zuid) is symmetrisch van opzet en heeft een geleding in drieën, bestaande uit een terugliggend middendeel met een topgevel en twee risalerende bouwdelen met topgevels ter weerszijden van dit middendeel. Het middendeel doet dienst als garage. Hierin zijn een tweetal garagedeuren aangebracht met panelen en een drietal bovenlichten voorzien van een ruitvormige roedenverdeling. In de topgevel is een driestrooksvenster aangebracht. Onder dit venster is een vlaggemast bevestigd. De linker risaliet heeft een toegangsdeur met venster en ruitvormige roeden alsmede een vierstrooksvenster. De rechter risaliet heeft eenzelfde indeling. De topgevels zijn voorzien van driestrooksvensters. In de zijgevels zijn onder andere openslaande deuren gezet.
De achtergevel bevat vensters en keukendeuren. In de kap zijn dakkapellen aangebracht. De goten rusten op klossen De indeling van het interieur is oorspronkelijk. De garage bevindt zich in het midden, de woningen zijn links en rechts daarvan gesitueerd. De linker woning heeft in de woonkamer de originele kasten en betimmeringen. Deze woning is groter dan de rechter aangezien de vertrekken boven de garage bij deze woning behoren.

The GARAGE WITH SERVICE DWELLINGS, located on the driveway of the main building of De Hoogt, is erected on an approximately trapezoidal ground plan and has one storey under a gabled roof covered with red improved Dutch tiles with gable ends of equal ridge height.
The front facade (south) is symmetrical in layout and has an articulation in three parts, consisting of a recessed central section with a gable and two projecting building elements with gables on either side of this central section. The central section serves as a garage. Two garage doors with panels and three fanlights provided with a diamond-shaped glazing bars pattern have been placed in it. In the gable is a three-light window. Below this window is a flagpole attached. The left projection has an access door with window and diamond-shaped glazing bars as well as a four-light window.
