Het PARK en de TUIN van de buitenplaats 't Stort is aangelegd rond de verhoogd gelegen villa. Voor het huis wordt de aanleg gekenmerkt door een grote weide met boomgroepen, aan de achterzijde door een vijver en bos.
Vanaf de Amersfoortseweg leidt een oprijlaan ter linker zijde in een kromming langs de weide naar het huis. In het weiland zijn boomgroepen en solitairen geplant, waaronder eiken, kastanjes en linden. De weg voert langs het koetshuis, dat links van de oprijlaan ligt, evenwijdig aan de spoorlijn. Voor en opzij van het huis is een rotstuin aangelegd met een waterval en een trappartij. De trap ligt in de as van de erker van de eetkamer aan de noordzijde. Naast de trap zijn rhodondendrons geplant. Voorts staan bij het huis een aantal coniferen. De beplanting bestaat uit diverse soorten loofbomen.
Achter het huis ligt een langgerekte serpentinevijver, waarover een boomstambruggetje is geplaatst. Vanuit de erker aan de achterzijde van het huis loopt een zichtas tussen de boomgroepen rond de slingervijver in westelijke richting. Een pad leidt van achter het huis via het bruggetje naar een open ruimte, waar vroeger een tennisbaan met een tennishuisje lag.
Een rechte laan loopt parallel aan rechterzijde van de serpentinevijver in westelijke richting door het bos. Ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw ligt de hondenkennel en een kippenren. De kippenren bestaat uit een aantal bakstenen pijlers met een bolvormige bekroning. In het midden van de ren is een restant een vijver te herkennen. Het hekwerk tussen de pijlers van de ren is verdwenen.
Enkele erfafscheidingen zijn van belang. De muur aan de zijde van de Amersfoortseweg wordt afgesloten met een zaagtandlijst waarboven twee rijen gesinterde bakstenen zijn aangebracht. Aan De Hoogt staan stenen pijlers met hardstenen bekroningen en een houten hekwerk.

The PARK and GARDEN of the country estate 't Stort is laid out around the elevated villa. In front of the house the layout is characterised by a large meadow with tree groups; at the rear by a pond and woodland.
From the Amersfoortseweg a drive leads on the left side in a curve past the meadow to the house. In the meadow tree groups and solitary trees are planted, including oaks, chestnuts and limes. The path runs past the coach house, which lies to the left of the drive, parallel to the railway line. In front of and to the side of the house a rock garden is laid out with a waterfall and flight of steps. The staircase lies in the axis of the bay window of the dining room on the north side. Next to the steps rhododendrons are planted. Furthermore, a number of conifers stand beside the house. The planting consists of various types of deciduous trees.
Behind the house lies an elongated serpentine pond over which a log footbridge is placed. From the bay window at the rear of the house a sight line runs between the tree groups around the winding pond in a westerly direction. A path leads from behind the house via the footbridge to an open space where formerly a tennis court with a tennis house lay.
A straight avenue runs parallel to the right side of the serpentine pond in a westerly direction through the woodland. To the north of the main building lies the dog kennel and a chicken run. The chicken run consists of a number of brick pillars with a spherical crowning. In the middle of the run is a remnant of a pond discernible. The fencing between the pillars of the run has disappeared.
Several boundary markers are of importance. The wall on the side of the Amersfoortseweg is terminated with a sawtooth moulding above which two rows of sintered bricks are placed. At De Hoogt stand stone pillars with hardstone crownings and wooden fencing.
