Inleiding
SCHUUR uit ca. 1935 behorende bij het landgoed Singraven ten westen van het watermolenensemble, gelegen aan de bosrand.
Omschrijving
De schuur is op een rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met wolfeinden en windveren. Links en rechts van de getoogde baander zijn in de zuidelijke eindgevel kleine ronde vensters geplaatst en in de noordelijke eindgevel vierruits vensters. De lange gevels zijn geleed door drie vierruits stalvensters.
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de karakteristieke sobere en doelmatige vormgeving
- de gaafheid van het exterieur
- de ruimtelijke en functionele relatie met de overige onderdelen van het landgoed Singraven.

BARN from circa 1935 belonging to the Singraven estate west of the water mill ensemble, situated on the forest edge.
Description
The barn is erected on a rectangular plan in red brick under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles with half-hipped ends and wind vanes. To the left and right of the arched barge board small round windows are placed in the southern end facade and four-pane windows in the northern end facade. The long facades are articulated by three four-pane stable windows.
Valuation
The barn is of general cultural-historical and urban planning importance because of:
- the characteristic sober and functional design
- the integrity of the exterior
- the spatial and functional relationship with the other components of the Singraven estate.
