Voormalig MOLENAARSHUIS met JACHTKAMER behorend tot het watermolenensemble van de buitenplaats Singraven verder bestaande uit een watermolen, stuw, en dubbele dienstwoning. Ten noordwesten van het huis Singraven staat een molenaarshuis uit 1896 en verbouwd in 1942. De woning is tegen de oudere watermolen aangebouwd, zodat een samengesteld bouwvolume is ontstaan. Later is het huis als restaurant in gebruik genomen, waarvoor het interieur van het geheel en het exterieur van het schuurdeel enigszins gewijzigd is. Het molenaarshuis is over één bouwlaag in rode baksteen opgetrokken onder drie, met rode Hollandse pannen gedekte schilddaken. In het oostelijk deel van de op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken woning, bevindt zich de jachtkamer. Deze wordt gemarkeerd rechts boven de voorgevel (Z) door een uitkragende beschoten geveltop op consoles en voorzien van windveren, geveltekens en een zesruits venster met drieruits bovenlicht. De gevels van het voormalige woongedeelte zijn geleed door deuren met drieruits bovenlichten en twaalfruits vensters behangen met halve luiken in de Singraven kleuren (rode zandloper op witte achtergrond, geel-rood-blauw centrum met donkergroene rand). In het dak zesruits dakkapellen. In het INTERIEUR is van belang de aankleding van de jachtkamer met gestuct plafond, houten schouw met schouwstuk, lambrisering en houten deuren. In de voorgevel van het voormalige schuurgedeelte (Z) zijn de twee baanders onder een segmentboog binnen een rechthoek thans gevuld met glas, aan weerszijden een klein venster. In de achtergevel (N) een zelfde baander, vier staldeuren en één venster.

Voormalig MOLENAARSHUIS met JACHTKAMER, deeluitmakend van een watermolenensemble bestaande uit watermolen met keienpad, stuw, voormalig molenaarshuis met jachtkamer en dubbele dienstwoning, van algemeen belang: - vanwege de oorspronkelijke functies; - vanwege de visuele samenhang met de overige onderdelen van het watermolenensemble - vanwege de redelijke mate van gaafheid van het exterieur en de jachtkamer in het interieur; - vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

Former MILLER'S HOUSE with HUNTING ROOM belonging to the water mill ensemble of the country estate Singraven further consisting of a water mill, weir, and double servant's cottage. To the northwest of the house Singraven stands a miller's house from 1896 and renovated in 1942. The dwelling is built against the older water mill, so that a composite building volume has been created. Later the house was used as a restaurant, for which the interior of the whole and the exterior of the barn part were somewhat altered. The miller's house is built in red brick over one storey under three hipped roofs covered with red Dutch tiles. In the eastern part of the dwelling, built on a rectangular ground plan, is located the hunting room. This is marked on the right above the front facade (S) by a projecting boarded gable top on consoles and provided with wind vanes, gable signs and a six-pane window with three-pane fanlight. The facades of the former residential part are articulated by doors with three-pane fanlights and twelve-pane windows hung with half shutters in the Singraven colours (red hourglass on white background, yellow-red-blue centre with dark green border). In the roof six-pane roof dormers.
In the INTERIOR the decoration of the hunting room with stucco ceiling, wooden chimney with mantelpiece, wall panelling and wooden doors is of importance. In the front facade of the former barn part (S) the two barn doors under a segmental arch within a rectangle are now filled with glass, on either side a small window. In the rear facade (N) a similar barn door, four stable doors and one window.
