Inleiding
SCHUUR uit 1932 behorende bij het landgoed Singraven gelegen tegenover (Z) de dienstwoningen van het watermolenensemble.
Omschrijving
De schuur is op een rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De geveltoppen van de eindgevels (O en W) zijn beschoten en voorzien van windveren met geveltekens. Links en rechts van de getoogde baander met zandstenen sierstenen zijn kleine ronde vensters met ijzeren roeden geplaatst. De lange gevels (N en Z) zijn geleed door vijf getoogde negenruits stalvensters met ijzeren roeden en waterdorpels.
Waardering
De schuur tegenover de watermolens is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de karakteristieke sobere en doelmatige vormgeving
- de gaafheid van het exterieur

BARN from 1932 belonging to the Singraven estate situated opposite (S) the service dwellings of the water mill ensemble.
Description
The barn is erected on a rectangular plan in red brick under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The gable tops of the end facades (E and W) are boarded and provided with wind vanes with gable marks. To the left and right of the arched barge board with sandstone ornamental stones small round windows with iron glazing bars are placed. The long facades (N and S) are articulated by five arched nine-pane stable windows with iron glazing bars and drip moulds.
Valuation
The barn opposite the water mills is of general cultural-historical and urban planning importance because of:
