Inleiding
Dubbele DIENSTWONING uit 1921 behorende bij het watermolenensemble van het landgoed Singraven. De dienstwoningen bevinden zich westelijk van het watermolengebouw, de schuur en de dienstwoning.
Omschrijving
De twee symmetrisch opgezette woningen zijn beide opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond over één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen. Ze worden met elkaar verbonden door een tussenlid waarin aan zowel de voor- als achterzijde deuren met getoogde zesruits vensters zijn geplaatst.
De gevels zijn op de begane grond geleed door twaalfruits kloosterkozijnen behangen met Singraven-luiken (rode zandloper op witte achtergrond; geel-rood-blauw centrum en donkergroene rand). In de geveltoppen bevinden zich zesruits vensters en in de achtergevels nog twee deuren. Aan de zuidkant zijn dubbele dakkapellen met twee zesruits vensters in het dakvlak geplaatst.
Waardering
De dubbele dienstwoning bij de watermolen is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de gaafheid van het exterieur
- de visuele samenhang met de overige onderdelen van het watermolenensemble
- de ruimtelijke en functionele relatie met de overige onderdelen van het landgoed Singraven.

Double SERVICE DWELLING from 1921 belonging to the water mill ensemble of the Singraven estate. The service dwellings are situated west of the water mill building, the barn and the service dwelling.
Description
The two symmetrically arranged dwellings are both erected in red brick on a rectangular plan over one storey under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles. They are connected to each other by a connecting section in which doors with arched six-pane windows are placed on both the front and rear sides.
The facades on the ground floor are articulated by twelve-pane monastery windows hung with Singraven shutters (red hourglass on white background; yellow-red-blue centre and dark green border). In the gable tops six-pane windows are situated and in the rear facades two more doors. On the south side double roof dormers with two six-pane windows are placed in the roof plane.

The double service dwelling at the water mill is of general cultural-historical and urban planning importance because of:
