Inleiding
In de binnenzijde van de bocht in de Burg. Eschauzierstraat staat een dubbele HOEKWONING die in hoofdvorm afwijkt van het hoofdtype A. Het centrale venster is drieledig opgebouwd uit een vierruitsvenster met drieruits bovenlicht, met aan weerszijden een verticaal tweeruitsvenster met bovenlicht. Het terugliggende geveldeel bevatte een dubbel venster met een roedeverdeling als in de complexomschrijving vermeld. Ook in deze hoekwoning is de roedeverdeling in de jaren veertig gewijzigd.
Omschrijving
Dubbele hoekwoning behorende bij het complex aan de Burg. Eschauzierstraat, een variant van het in de complexbeschrijving genoemde type A, daterend uit 1909, in een eenvoudige Overgangsstijl. De centrale topgevel, met wolfseind, bevindt zich in de noordgevel en bevat links de voordeur, rechts een venster met zij- en bovenlichten, en in de geveltop een venster met originele roedeverdeling; links van de topgevel een terugspringend geveldeel, met een dubbel venster. Rechts van de topgevel is de hoek van de woning; de westgevel langs de straat bevat een voordeur en een venster; in het verlengde van deze gevel een tuinmuur van gele stenen als erfscheiding.

De dubbele hoekwoning uit 1909, behorende bij het complex aan de Burg. Eschauzierstraat te Terschelling-West, is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch belang:

Introduction
On the inside of the bend in Burg. Eschauzierstraat stands a semi-detached CORNER DWELLING which differs in main form from the principal type A. The central window is constructed as a threefold composition of a four-pane window with three-pane fanlight, with on either side a vertical two-pane window with fanlight. The recessed gable section contained a double window with glazing bars as mentioned in the complex description. In this corner dwelling too, the glazing bars were altered in the nineteen-forties.
Description
Semi-detached corner dwelling belonging to the complex at Burg. Eschauzierstraat, a variant of the type A mentioned in the complex description, dating from 1909, in a simple Transition style. The central gabled end, with half-hipped roof, is located in the north gable and contains on the left the front door, on the right a window with side and fanlights, and in the gable top a window with original glazing bars; to the left of the gabled end a recessed gable section, with a double window. To the right of the gabled end is the corner of the dwelling; the west gable along the street contains a front door and a window; in line with this gable a garden wall of yellow bricks serving as a property boundary.
