Omschrijving
Vier dubbele WONINGEN behorende bij het complex aan de Burg. Eschauzierstraat, van het in de complexbeschrijving genoemde type A, daterend uit 1909, in een eenvoudige Overgangsstijl. De woningen hebben een samengestelde dakvorm met een centrale topgevel, waarin twee vensters beneden en twee kleinere vensters in de top van de gevel. Aan weerszijden van de topgevel is een houten portaal onder plat dak aangebouwd waarin de voordeuren zich bevinden. De bovenzijde van het portaal is bekleed met een licht getand beschot van verticale planken; doorlopende gootlijst; de deurstijlen bevatten eenvoudig, aan Art Nouveau verwant, houtsnijwerk. In de terugspringende geveldelen naast de topgevel is een venster. Voor het overige hebben de woningen de kenmerken als beschreven in de complexomschrijving.

Four semi-detached DWELLINGS belonging to the complex at Burg. Eschauzierstraat, of the type A mentioned in the complex description, dating from 1909, in a simple Transition style. The dwellings have a composite roof form with a central gabled end, containing two windows below and two smaller windows in the top of the gable. On either side of the gabled end is a wooden portico under a flat roof containing the front doors. The upper part of the portico is clad with a light toothed boarding of vertical planks; continuous gutter line; the door jambs contain simple woodcarving related to Art Nouveau. In the recessed gable sections beside the gabled end is a window. Otherwise the dwellings have the characteristics as described in the complex description.
