Omschrijving
Vijf dubbele WONINGEN behorende bij het complex aan de Burg. Eschauzierstraat, van het in de complexbeschrijving genoemde type B, daterend uit 1909 en 1920 (nr. 9-11), in een eenvoudige Overgangsstijl. De woningen hebben een samengestelde dakvorm met twee topgevels, waarin twee vensters beneden en een venster in de top van de gevel. In het terugliggende centrale geveldeel bevinden zich de twee voordeuren. Voor het overige hebben de woningen de kenmerken als beschreven in de complexomschrijving.
Waardering
De vijf dubbele arbeiderswoningen uit 1909 en 1920, van het type B en behorende bij het complex aan de Burg. Eschauzierstraat te Terschelling-West, zijn van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch belang:

Five semi-detached DWELLINGS belonging to the complex at Burg. Eschauzierstraat, of the type B mentioned in the complex description, dating from 1909 and 1920 (no. 9-11), in a simple Transition style. The dwellings have a composite roof form with two gabled ends, containing two windows below and a window in the top of the gable. In the recessed central gable section are the two front doors. Otherwise the dwellings have the characteristics as described in the complex description.
Valuation
The five semi-detached workers' dwellings from 1909 and 1920, of type B and belonging to the complex at Burg. Eschauzierstraat in Terschelling-West, are of general cultural-historical and architectural-historical significance:
- as an essential and spatially functional main component of the complex,
