Inleiding
IJSKELDER gelegen in een bosschage bij de Ommerschans, nu in gebruik als aardappelkelder. De kelder maakte deel uit van de voormalige bedelaarskolonie die in 1819 op de Ommerschans gesticht werd en later van het gesticht `Veldzicht', iets ten noorden van de Ommerschans.
Omschrijving
IJskelder met een ronde plattegrond onder een bakstenen koepelgewelf. De koepel is afgedekt met aarde en vormt een kunstmatige heuvel.
De ingangspartij (N) bestaat uit een bakstenen frontmuur met vleugels, daarbinnen een houten deur onder een rondboog.
