Wit gepleisterde villa met verdieping, opgetrokken vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond met risalerende middenpartij in de voorgevel (N) en een uitgebouwde serre met balkon aan de achtergevel (Z). Hoofdvolume en risaliet hebben haaks op elkaar staande, afgewolfde zadeldaken met overstek op houten consoles. Ter plaatse van de topgevels is langs de dakranden fraai snijwerk aangebracht. De daken zijn gedekt met rode tuile du nord pannen en hebben pironnen op de nokhoeken.
Het pand heeft een grijs geschilderde plint, diverse rode siermetselwerk banden en boven de ramen getoogde hanekammen van rood siermetselwerk. Het middenrisaliet heeft een ingangspartij met natuurstenen brievenbus en een door houten kolommetjes gedragen luifel. Daarboven een grote natuurstenen plaat met de naam "ERICA" en in de geveltop drie verticale traplichten. Aan weerszijden van het risaliet is op begane grond en verdieping een schuifvenster geplaatst. De ramen hebben een verticale middenstijl in zowel onder- als bovenraam. In de zijgevels zijn op begane grond en verdieping identieke schuiframen, in de geveltop twee kleinere ramen. De achtergevel heeft rechts naast de serre en op het balkon dubbele deuren onder bovenlicht, verder op de verdieping een schuifraam en een kleiner rechthoekig raam.
De westgevel heeft een aanbouw onder plat dak van vermoedelijk latere datum en een over de volle gevelhoogte risalerende schoorsteen.

Description
White-rendered villa with one storey, erected from a rectangular plan with a projecting central section in the front facade (N) and an extended conservatory with balcony on the rear facade (S). Main volume and projection have gabled roofs with chamfered edges at right angles to each other with overhang on wooden consoles. At the level of the gable ends, fine carved work has been applied along the roof edges. The roofs are covered with red tuile du nord tiles and have decorative finials at the ridge corners.
The building has a grey-painted plinth, various red decorative brickwork bands and above the windows arched rooster-comb cresting in red decorative brickwork. The central projection has an entrance section with a natural stone letterbox and a canopy borne by wooden columns. Above this a large natural stone plaque with the name "ERICA" and in the gable end three vertical stepped lights. On either side of the projection on the ground floor and first floor a sash window has been installed. The windows have a vertical central mullion in both lower and upper sashes. In the side facades on the ground floor and first floor identical sash windows, in the gable end two smaller windows. The rear facade has, to the right of the conservatory and on the balcony, double doors under a fanlight, further on the first floor a sash window and a smaller rectangular window.
The west facade has an extension under a flat roof of presumably later date and a chimney rising over the full height of the facade.
