Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS. In de noordoost hoek van het terrein staat een koetshuis uit het begin van de twintigste eeuw, dat thans in gebruik is als woning. Het op rechthoekige grondslag gebouwd pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag van witgepleisterde baksteen met imitatievoegen aan de voorzijde onder een met kruispannen gedekt mansardedak met houten kraaldelen. In de voorgevel zijn de oorspronkelijke inrijdeuren vervangen door een toegangsdeur met boven- en zijlichten voorzien van roedenverdeling. Daarboven in de met hout beschoten geveltop twee draaivensters. Westgevel (links) twee zestienruits vensters. Oostgevel (rechts) een portiek en een venster.

Description
CARRIAGE HOUSE. In the northeast corner of the grounds stands a carriage house from the beginning of the twentieth century, which is currently in use as a dwelling. The building, constructed on a rectangular ground plan, consists of one storey of whitewashed brickwork with imitation pointing on the front façade under a mansard roof covered with interlocking tiles with wooden bead mouldings. In the front façade the original carriage entrance doors have been replaced by an access door with fanlight and sidelights fitted with glazing bars. Above this, in the gable top clad with wood, two casement windows. West façade (left) two sixteen-pane windows. East façade (right) a portico and a window.
