Omschrijving onderdeel 66:
BOERDERIJ 'OLIESLAGER' MET SCHUREN, HOOIBERG EN PUT behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel. Achter de Noordmolen staat een 19de-eeuwse bakstenen hallenboerderij, oorspronkelijk de woning van de molenaar van de oliemolen, op een plint van Bentheimer zandsteen en onder een met rode Oud Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met beschoten geveltoppen. Op de nok en in het dakschild gemetselde schoorstenen.
In de voorgevel een ingangsdeur met meerruits bovenlicht en meerruits vensters met luiken in de Twickelkleuren. De zijgevels met stalramen zijn gerenoveerd. In de achtergevel een niendeur met stiepel geflankeerd door een staldeur, allen onder segmentbogen. Aan weerszijden van de niendeur een vierruits stalvenster. Naast de boerderij ligt een vrijstaande langwerpige HOUTEN SCHUUR staande op een bakstenen plint op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met rode Oud Hollandse pannen gedekt uitzwenkend zadeldak. Evenwijdig aan deze schuur een BAKSTENEN SCHUUR op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met overstek; gevelindeling met stalvensters en deuren onder segmentbogen. Op het erf een vierkante houten HOOIBERG met hardstenen hoekblokken onder een zadeldak met beschoten toppen en een PUT met haal.

FARMHOUSE 'OLIESLAGER' WITH BARNS, HAYLOFT AND WELL belonging to the country estate Twickel. Behind the Noordmolen stands a 19th-century brick hall farmhouse, originally the dwelling of the miller of the oil mill, on a plinth of Bentheimer sandstone and beneath a gabled roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles with boarded gable tops. On the ridge and in the roof slope brick chimneys.
In the front gable an entrance door with multi-pane fanlight and multi-pane windows with shutters in the Twickel colours. The side gables with stable windows have been renovated. In the rear gable a cow door with step flanked by a stable door, all beneath segmental arches. On either side of the cow door a four-pane stable window. Next to the farmhouse lies a freestanding elongated WOODEN BARN standing on a brick plinth on rectangular ground plan beneath a gabled roof with outswinging flaps covered with red Old Dutch tiles. Parallel to this barn a BRICK BARN on rectangular ground plan beneath a gabled roof covered with Old Dutch tiles with overhang; facade arrangement with stable windows and doors beneath segmental arches.
