Omschrijving
De WERKPLAATS is in rode baksteen over één bouwlaag opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak met Hollandse pannen. Beide kopgevels (O/W) van de werkplaats zijn voorzien van deuren op de begane grond en in de geveltop, die evenals de achtergevel van het woonhuis bestaat uit een tuitgevel met klimmend zandstenen fries, hardstenen dekplaten en trapbekroning. Aan beide zijden van de deuren op de begane grond zijn twee vensters geplaatst en in de zuidelijke zijgevel drie stuks. Alle muuropeningen zijn onder hanekammen geplaatst.

De werkplaats is van architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de functionele en ruimtelijke relatie met het woonhuis
- de rijke detaillering in de bouwstijl van de Hollandse Neo-Renaissance

Description
The WORKSHOP is constructed in red brick over one storey on a rectangular floor plan under a gabled roof with Dutch tiles. Both end facades (E/W) of the workshop are provided with doors on the ground floor and in the gable top, which like the rear facade of the dwelling house consists of a spout gable with climbing sandstone frieze, hardstone copings and stepped crown. On either side of the doors on the ground floor are two windows placed and in the southern side facade three. All wall openings are placed under brick headers.

The workshop is of architectural-historical and townscape importance because of:
- the functional and spatial relationship with the dwelling house
- the rich detailing in the building style of Dutch Neo-Renaissance
