Inleiding
DorpsBOERDERIJ gelegen aan het Westeinde, de hoofdstraat van Vriezenveen. Het pand ligt direct aan de straat.
Omschrijving
Pand opgetrokken over één bouwlaag vanaf een rechthoekige plattegrond in machinale baksteen op een grijs gepleisterde plint. Het zadeldak is met zwarte Muldenpannen gedekt, de dakeinden zijn uitgevoerd met windveren en een makelaar.
In de voorgevel (Z) rechts de voordeur naast drie schuifvensters, alle met tweeruits bovenlicht. In de geveltop twee dubbele glasdeuren. Alle gevelopeningen onder segmentboog met verblendsteen. Bovenin de top een roosvenster.
In de zijgevels meerruits schuifvensters voor het woongedeelte.
Aan de achterzijde een houten aanbouw voor stalling en opslag.

Building constructed over one storey from a rectangular plan in machine-made brick on a grey rendered plinth. The hipped roof is covered with black Mulden tiles, the roof ends are executed with wind vanes and a hip rafter.
In the front facade (S) on the right the front door beside three sash windows, all with two-pane fanlight. In the gable top two double glass doors. All facade openings under segmental arch with decorative brick. At the top of the gable a circular window.
