Inleiding
BOERDERIJ met schuurgedeelte, gelegen aan het Oosteinde, dichtbij de watertoren. De architectuur van de boerderij, met name in de voorgevel, is in Nieuwe Kunst stijl.

Het pand is opgetrokken in machinale baksteen vanaf een rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak met wolfeinden met geglazuurde tuile du Nord pannen gedekt. Het staat op een gepleisterde plint.
Centraal in de symmetrische voorgevel de entree met stoep; een dubbele paneeldeur met bovenlicht gevat in een gepleisterd portaal. Aan weerszijden op de begane grond twee recht gesloten schuifvensters met meerruits bovenlicht onder segmentbogen met strekken van verblendsteen. Op de verdieping drie draaivensters met meerruits bovenlicht onder een rollaag. Geheel links en rechts een roosvenster. De bovenste horizontale roede van de bovenlichten van alle vensters is segmentboogvormig. In de gepleisterde plint twee maal twee getoogde keldervensters. Tegen het wolfeind zijn twee topgevels geplaatst met beschoten toppen, windveren en huistekens.
In de zijgevels van het woonhuisgedeelte dezelfde vensters als in de voorgevel op de begane grond. Voorts enkele stalvensters.
Aan de achterzijde een iets later aangebouwde schuur onder zadeldak, gedekt met rode kruispannen. De noklijn van de aanbouw is verschoven t.o.v. die van het hoofdgebouw. Centraal in de gevel een baander.

FARMHOUSE with barn section, located on the Oosteinde, near the water tower. The architecture of the farmhouse, particularly in the front facade, is in Art Nouveau style.
Description
The building is constructed in machine-made brick from a rectangular plan under a hipped roof with half-hipped ends covered with glazed tuile du Nord tiles. It stands on a rendered plinth.
Central to the symmetrical front facade is the entrance with stoop; a double panel door with fanlight set in a rendered portico. On either side on the ground floor two straight-closed sash windows with multi-pane fanlight under segmental arches with stretches of decorative brick. On the upper storey three casement windows with multi-pane fanlight under a roll moulding. Far left and right a circular window. The uppermost horizontal glazing bar of the fanlights of all windows is segmentally arched. In the rendered plinth two sets of four arched cellar windows. Against the half-hipped ends are two gable pediments with rendered tops, wind vanes and house marks.
In the side facades of the residential section the same windows as in the front facade on the ground floor. Furthermore some stable windows.
On the rear an slightly later built barn under a hipped roof, covered with red cross tiles. The roof ridge of the extension is offset from that of the main building. Central to the facade a band opening.
