Inleiding
Voormalig TOILETGEBOUW, behorend bij het stationscomplex in Uithoorn. Het toiletgebouw is gelegen ten noordwesten van het stationsgebouw. Het toiletgebouw is opgetrokken in dezelfde bouwtrant als het stationsgebouw, maar is veel soberder gedetailleerd. De deuren van het toiletgebouw zijn vervangen.
Omschrijving
Klein toiletgebouw op rechthoekig gronplan, bestaande uit een bouwlaag onder een schilddak, in oorsprong gedekt met bruin geglazuurde kruispannen. Het gebouw is opgetrokken in hardgrauwe baksteen boven een uitgemetselde plint met afzaat door middel van een bakstenen rollaag. Het gebouw wordt afgesloten door een houten gootlijst op consoles. Het gebouw bestond uit een opslagruimte en twee toilethokjes, die ieder afzonderlijk van buiten toegankelijk waren. De kleine, rechthoekige vensters hebben bakstenen vensterbanken en bovenaan een strek.
De voorgevel (ZW) heeft een breedte van zeven vensterassen, van links naar rechts gegroepeerd in een reeks van drie, twee en twee vensters.
De linkerzijgevel (NW) is blind.
De achtergevel (NO) heeft een breedte van zeven vensterassen, gegroepeerd in drie koppels van twee. Tussen het tweede en derde koppel van links bevindt zich een rechthoekige deur.
De rechterzijgevel (ZO) heeft een breedte van drie vensterassen, die elk een deur bevatten. In het dakschild is een driehoekige dakkapel aangebracht.

Small toilet building on rectangular plan, consisting of one storey under a hipped roof, originally covered with brown glazed Spanish tiles. The building is constructed in hard grey brick above a rendered plinth with offset via a brick roll moulding. The building is finished with a wooden gutter-board on consoles. The building consisted of a storage room and two toilet cubicles, each separately accessible from outside. The small rectangular windows have brick window-sills and a stretcher course at the top.
The front facade (SW) has a width of seven window bays, grouped from left to right in a series of three, two and two windows.
The left side facade (NW) is blank.
The rear facade (NE) has a width of seven window bays, grouped in three pairs of two. Between the second and third pair from the left is a rectangular door.
The right side facade (SE) has a width of three window bays, each containing a door. In the roof slope a triangular dormer has been installed.
