Omschrijving villa Rienzi:
Meest zuidelijke vrijstaande VILLA van het complex WAGNERHOF gebouwd in sobere Art Nouveau-trant naar ontwerp van J. van Teefelen (1904-1906) met naamaanduiding "Rienzi" op de voorgevel. Hier bevindt zich op de begane grond een erker, terwijl de zuidelijke gevel een serre met daarop een balkon kent. De noordoostelijke hoek van de villa is afgerond. In de noordelijke zijgevel bevindt zich de ingang en op het dak een dakkapel waarvoor de gepleisterde gevel is doorgetrokken in de vorm van twee pilasters waartussen een getoogd middendeel.
Voor het overige gelden dezelfde kenmerken als beschreven in de complex-omschrijving WAGNERHOF onder monumentnummer 506430.

Description of villa Rienzi:
Most southerly detached VILLA of the WAGNERHOF complex built in austere Art Nouveau style designed by J. van Teefelen (1904-1906) with name indication "Rienzi" on the front facade. Here a bay is situated on the ground floor, while the southern facade features a conservatory with a balcony above it. The north-eastern corner of the villa is rounded. In the northern side facade is the entrance and on the roof a roof dormer for which the rendered facade is carried through in the form of two pilasters between which an arched central section.

Villa as part of the Wagnerhof of general importance due to architectural-historical, urban planning and cultural-historical value as well as ensemble value.
