Omschrijving villa Parsifal:
Vrijstaande VILLA in sobere Art Nouveau-trant naar ontwerp van J. van Teefelen (1904-1906), deel uitmakend van het complex Wagnerhof en opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond, gesitueerd ten westen van het noordelijke uiteinde van de vijver. Op de voorgevel bevinden zich de naamaanduiding "Parsifal", een erker met balkon en op de noordoostelijke hoek op de begane grond een hoog rechthoekig venster met houten onderverdeling en afgeronde beglazing. De ingang, met luifel van ijzer en glas, bevindt zich in de noordelijke zijgevel. Rechts hiervan een uitbouw ten behoeve van het trappenhuis. Hier zijn in de gevel ter hoogte van de begane grond en de eerste verdieping drie smalle hoge rechthoekige vensters opgenomen die elk in hoogte iets verspringen. Ook de zuidelijke zijgevel springt licht naar voren waarbij op de begane grond een hoog rechthoekig venster met houten onderverdeling is opgenomen, met afgeronde beglazing.
Aan de achtergevel is een uitbouw met erker op de begane grond en op de eerste etage een erker met daarnaast een balkon.

Description of villa Parsifal:
Detached VILLA in austere Art Nouveau style designed by J. van Teefelen (1904-1906), forming part of the Wagnerhof complex and erected on a rectangular floor plan, situated west of the northern end of the pond. On the front facade there is the name indication "Parsifal", a bay with balcony and on the north-eastern corner on the ground floor a tall rectangular window with wooden glazing bars and rounded glazing. The entrance, with a wrought iron and glass canopy, is located in the northern side facade. To the right of this is an extension serving the stairwell. Three narrow tall rectangular windows are incorporated in the facade at the level of the ground floor and first floor, each stepping up slightly in height. The southern side facade also projects slightly forward with a tall rectangular window with wooden glazing bars and rounded glazing incorporated on the ground floor.
On the rear facade is an extension with a bay on the ground floor and on the first storey a bay with a balcony beside it.
