Omschrijving villa's Walküre en Wotan:
Vrijstaande DUBBELE VILLA in sobere Art Nouveau-trant naar ontwerp van J. van Teefelen (1904-1906), deel uitmakend van het complex Wagnerhof en gelegen aan de noordelijke zijde van de niet-openbare ontsluitingsweg van de Wagnerhof. Bovenaan de voorgevels staan de namen "Walküre" (linkerpand) en "Wotan" (rechterpand). De ingangen bevinden zich in de zijgevels. Villa "Walküre" heeft aan de voorgevel een erker met daarboven een balkon.
Voor het overige gelden dezelfde kenmerken als beschreven in de complex-omschrijving WAGNERHOF onder monumentnummer 506430.
NB Bij villa Wotan zijn praktisch alle oorspronkelijke vensterpartijen vervangen door grote ongelede rechthoekige ramen. Ook het balkon, boven de erker aan de voorgevel is verdwenen.

Dubbele villa als onderdeel van de Wagnerhof van algemeen belang wegens architectuurhistorische, stedenbouwkundige en cultuurhistorische waarde alsook ensemblewaarde.

Description of villas Walküre and Wotan:
Detached DOUBLE VILLA in sober Art Nouveau style after a design by J. van Teefelen (1904-1906), forming part of the Wagnerhof complex and situated on the northern side of the non-public access road of the Wagnerhof. At the top of the front facades are the names "Walküre" (left building) and "Wotan" (right building). The entrances are situated in the side facades. Villa "Walküre" has on the front facade a bay with above it a balcony.
For the rest the same characteristics apply as described in the complex description WAGNERHOF under monument number 506430.
NB At villa Wotan practically all original window arrangements have been replaced by large unglazed rectangular windows. The balcony above the bay on the front facade has also disappeared.
Valuation:
Double villa as part of the Wagnerhof of general importance on account of architectural-historical, urban planning and cultural-historical value as well as ensemble value.
