Omschrijving villa's Lohengrin en Tannhäuser:
Vrijstaande DUBBELE VILLA in sobere Art Nouveau-trant naar ontwerp van J. van Teetelen, gebouwd in 1904-1906 en deel uitmakend van het complex Wagnerhof, met op de voorgevel de namen "Lohengrin" (linkerpand) en "Tannhäuser" (rechterpand). Geheel links en geheel rechts bevinden zich op de begane grond erkers. Hiertussen zijn de voordeuren gesitueerd, welke voor het kijkglas boven in de deur zijn voorzien van een geometrische smeedijzeren Art Nouveau decoratie, identiek aan de decoratie van het Franse balkon op de zuidoostelijke hoek van de villa Wagner en het smeedijzeren hekwerk rond de kleine vijver.
Boven de ingangen zijn, ter hoogte van de eerste verdieping, hoge smalle ramen aangebracht. De gevel boven de ingangspartij is doorgetrokken tot boven de dakrand in de vorm van twee pilasters met daartussen een getoogd middendeel.
Voor het overige gelden dezelfde kenmerken als beschreven in de complex-omschrijving WAGNERHOF onder monumentnummer 506430.

Description of villas Lohengrin and Tannhäuser:
Detached DOUBLE VILLA in sober Art Nouveau style after a design by J. van Teetelen, built in 1904-1906 and forming part of the Wagnerhof complex, with on the front facade the names "Lohengrin" (left building) and "Tannhäuser" (right building). On the far left and far right on the ground floor there are bays. Between these the front doors are situated, which above the glass in the door are provided with geometric wrought-iron Art Nouveau decoration, identical to the decoration of the French balcony on the southeast corner of villa Wagner and the wrought-iron fencing around the small pond.
Above the entrances, at the level of the first floor, tall narrow windows have been provided. The facade above the entrance section is carried up to above the roof edge in the form of two pilasters with between them an arched middle section.
