Rechterdeel van een aan de Stadhouderskade, tussen P.C. Hooftstraat en Jan Luijkenstraat, in eclectische stijl omstreeks 1885 tot stand gekomen dubbele VILLA.
Omschrijving
Rechterdeel van dubbele villa bestaande uit een parterre, bel-étage, bovenverdieping en een kapverdieping onder schuin omhooglopende platte daken met leien. De parterre is uitgevoerd in hardsteen; de twee bovenliggende verdiepingen in baksteen voorzien van een in blokstructuur aangebrachte pleisterlaag. Uitkragende gootlijst waaronder een fries met cassetten tussen profiellijsten. Alle verdiepingen worden van elkaar gescheiden door een fries voorzien van detailleringen tussen profiellijsten.
De zijde aan de Stadhouderskade bestaat uit twee traveeën waarbij de rechtertravee over alle verdiepingen voorzien is van een op een driehoekige basis uitgevoerde erker. De hoeken van deze erker zijn voorzien van geblokte lisenen. Het muurvlak tussen de parterre en de vensters op de bel-étage is voorzien van een fries van kandelaberzuiltjes. Op de bel-étage drie erkervensters gescheiden door raamposten voorzien van cassettes. Op de bovenverdieping een inpandig balcon waarvan het dak wordt gedragen door een karyatide en een herme op balusters geplaatst vóór een ijzeren borstwering. In de kap van zowel voor- als zijgevel een oeuil de boeuf met een door roeden onderverdeeld rond tuimelraam. Linkertravee heeft op bel-étage en bovenverdieping Frans balcon met een door het eronder gelegen fries brekende sierijzeren borstwering. In de kap een dakkapel.
De zijde aan de P.C. Hooftstraat, waar zich de ingang bevindt, bestaat eveneens uit twee traveeën waarvan de rechtertravee risaleert. De hoeken zijn voorzien van geblokte lisenen. Op de bel-étage twee Franse balcons met een door het eronder liggende fries brekende sierijzeren borstwering. In de kap een dakkapel met klauwstukken en fronton waarin een hijsanker.
Linkertravee over drie verdiepingen uitlopend in plat dak.
Tussen parterre en bel-étage een fries van kandelaberzuiltjes.
De raamposten zijn in de vorm van Ionische halfzuiltjes uitgevoerd en voorzien van reliëfwerk.

Right-hand part of double villa consisting of a ground floor, bel-étage, upper floor and an attic storey under sloping flat roofs with slates. The ground floor is executed in hard stone; the two upper storeys in brick furnished with a plaster layer applied in block structure. Projecting gutter moulding under which a frieze with cassettes between moulded bands. All storeys are separated from each other by a frieze furnished with detailing between moulded bands.
The side on the Stadhouderskade consists of two bays with the right-hand bay furnished over all storeys with a bay window executed on a triangular base. The corners of this bay are furnished with blocked pilasters. The wall surface between the ground floor and the windows on the bel-étage is furnished with a frieze of candelabra colonnettes. On the bel-étage three bay windows separated by window mullions furnished with cassettes. On the upper floor an inset balcony whose roof is supported by a caryatid and a herma placed on balusters in front of an iron balustrade. In the roof pitch of both front and side facade an oeil de boeuf with a round pivot window subdivided by glazing bars.
