Hoekpand (dubbelpand) met twee verdiepingen onder een samenstel van dwarsgeplaatste zadeldaken met licht overstek, op verschillende niveau's met dakkapellen, gebouwd 1898-99 door Ed.Cuypers in stijlopvattingen echter Nieuwe Kunst. Opgetrokken in baksteen met enkele versierende accenten in natuursteen, gedeeltelijk van reliëfs voorzien (gestileerde bloem- en bladmotieven). Op de hoek een boogvormige houten erker, gesteund door gesneden natuurstenen consoles. Gevel aan de Jan Luyckenstraat bevat links een ingangsportiek; rechtergedeelte heeft hoofdaccent door rondbogige ingangsportiek met stoep waarin deur, omlijst door glas-in-loodvensters; in bovengedeelten houtwerk, geheel rechts een torenachtige uitbouw. Gevel aan de Stadhouderskade bevat in het midden een veelhoekige erker op de begane grond, waarboven een rondbogig venster, waarboven een bloemen-reliëf in natuursteen met de inscriptie: hoc erat 1899 in votis; aan de rechterzijde een dakkapel met opgelichte kap.

Description
Corner building (double building) with two storeys under an arrangement of transversely placed gabled roofs with slight overhang, at different levels with roof dormers, built 1898-99 by Ed.Cuypers in style concepts however of the Nouvelle Art. Constructed in brick with some decorative accents in natural stone, partly furnished with reliefs (stylized flower and foliate motifs). On the corner an arched wooden oriel, supported by carved natural stone consoles. Facade on the Jan Luyckenstraat contains on the left an entrance portico; right section has main accent through arched entrance portico with steps containing door, surrounded by glass window panes; in upper sections woodwork, furthest right a tower-like projection. Facade on the Stadhouderskade contains in the centre a polygonal oriel on the ground floor, above which an arched window, above which a flower-relief in natural stone with the inscription: hoc erat 1899 in votis; on the right side a roof dormer with raised roof.
