Als SACRISTIE en 'LEERINGKAMER' bij de Oud-Katholieke Kerk aan de achterzijde (Z) daarvan opgetrokken bakstenen gebouw op eveneens bakstenen basement bestaande uit een onderkelderde beganegrond onder een plat dak met ajour gemetselde borstwering gedekt door een natuurstenen dekplaat met rondboogvormige bekroningen.
Rechtsgelegen inpandig en rondboogvormige portiek met natuurstenen aanzetstenen aan weerszijden van de boog. Boven de boog drie diepgelegen glas-in-lood vensters onderverdeeld door gemetselde posten op een natuurstenen plint. Boven de vensters hoek- en sluitstenen. Rechthoekige geprofileerde deur met dieper gelegen middenpaneel met rondboogvormig in drieën verdeeld glas-in-lood bovenlicht. Drie kruisvensters met schuiframen van gelijk formaat met kruisvormig onderverdeelde bovenlichten.
Waardering

Description
As SACRISTY and 'SCHOOLROOM' erected at the rear (S) of the Old Catholic Church, a brick building on a brick basement consisting of an undercellared ground floor beneath a flat roof with openwork bonded parapet edged by a natural stone coping with semicircular cresting.
On the right an integral and semicircular portico with natural stone voussoirs on either side of the arch. Above the arch three recessed stained-glass windows subdivided by brick piers on a natural stone plinth. Above the windows corner and keystone blocks. Rectangular moulded door with deeper central panel with semicircular stained-glass fanlight divided into three. Three cross windows with sash windows of the same size with cross-shaped subdivided fanlights.
Valuation
Sacristy and 'schoolroom' of typological importance as well as important as a functional component of the Old Catholic Church.
