Als PASTORIE bij de Oud-Katholieke Kerk ter linkerzijde (O) daarvan gebouwd bakstenen woonhuis op een rechthoekige plattegrond, met achterliggende in neo-renaissance-stijl vormgegeven tuin, bestaande uit drie bouwlagen: beganegrond, verdieping en een flauw risalerende kapverdieping onder een combinatie van tent- en zadeldak bedekt met rode pannen.
Twee vensterassen brede risaliet met puntgevel afgedekt met natuursteen waarin diepliggende vensters van gelijk formaat met schuiframen en kruisvormige bovenlichten. Hoekstenen aan weerszijden van de vensters.
Ingangstravee één vensteras breed met rechthoekige entree bereikbaar via een uit drie treden bestaande hardstenen stoep met sierijzeren hek op bakstenen plint. Rechthoekige eikehouten deur met terugliggend paneel waarin rechthoekig venster. Zesruits bovenlicht met glas-in-lood. Op de verdieping een in tweeën verdeeld venster met schuiframen en kruisvormig onderverdeelde bovenlichten. Veranda aan de achterzijde met bovenliggend balcon.

As RECTORY next to the Old Catholic Church built on its left side (east) brick dwelling house on a rectangular plan, with adjoining garden laid out in neo-renaissance style, consisting of three storeys: ground floor, first floor and a shallow projecting attic storey under a combination of tent and gabled roof covered with red tiles.
Two-window-axis wide risalit with pointed gable capped with natural stone in which set-back windows of uniform size with sash windows and cross-shaped fanlights. Corner stones on either side of the windows.
Entrance bay one window axis wide with rectangular entrance accessible via a hardstone stoop consisting of three steps with decorative iron fence on brick plinth. Rectangular oak door with recessed panel in which rectangular window. Six-pane fanlight with leaded glass. On the first floor a window divided in two with sash windows and cross-divided fanlights. Veranda at the rear with upper balcony.
