Omschrijving
De aan de Balthasar Floriszstraat in 1908 aangebouwde en vergelijkbaar met het schoolgebouw gedetailleerde conciërgewoning bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping onder een hoog opgaand dwarsgeplaatst zadeldak met dakkapel aan de voorzijde. De vijf vensterassen brede voorgevel is symmetrisch opgezet en voorzien van ontlastingsbogen ter afsluiting van de verdiepte boogvelden, waarin de deur en de in oorsprong zesruits schuifvensters zijn geplaatst. De achtergevel heeft een teruggezet linkerdeel, de begane grond heeft een venster en een smalle deur onder ontlastingsboog. Op de overgang van het teruggezette deel en het rechterdeel van de achtergevel bevindt zich een schuingeplaatst klein bouwvolume van één bouwlaag onder plat dak. Aan de rechterzijde nog een groot meerruits geleed venster.

The caretaker's dwelling built in 1908 on the Balthasar Floriszstraat and detailed in a manner comparable to the school building consists of one storey and an attic storey under a steeply pitched transversely placed gabled roof with a roof dormer on the front. The five window bays wide front facade is symmetrically arranged and provided with relieving arches to close the recessed arch fields, in which the door and the originally six-pane sash windows are placed. The rear facade has a recessed left section, the ground floor has a window and a narrow door under a relieving arch. At the transition of the recessed section and the right section of the rear facade is situated a diagonally placed small building volume of one storey under a flat roof.
