In 1928 tot stand gekomen TUINHUIS in de ZW.-hoek van de tuin. De opdrachtgever is H.P. Doodeheefver, de vermoedelijke architect is H.D. Tabak.

Op een vrijwel vierkant grondplan gebouwd tuinhuis onder door zuilen gedragen en met mastiek gedekt klokdak met accentuering aan de top. Rechthoekige plantenbakken aan de naar het huis gekeerde zijden. De totale hoogte is 3.95 m.
Waardering
Tuinhuis met markante kap van belang vanwege architectuurhistorische en functioneel-typologische waarde en als complex-onderdeel van een direct aan het Vondelpark gesitueerde stadse villa.
