Omschrijving
Inleiding
STOLPBOERDERIJ van het afgeleide Noordhollandse type, genaamd "Wilhelminahoeve" en volgens steen in schoorsteen gebouwd in 1898. De boerderij staat in de dorpskom aan de oostzijde van de Spierdijkerweg. De boerderij staat aan een ruim voorerf met de noklijn haaks op de weg.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwde stolpboerderij onder schilddak met zwarte Hollandse pan en met lood beklede makelaars op de beide nokpunten.
De inwendige houten draagconstructie bestaat uit een rechthoekig vierkant met dekbalkgebinten. De oorspronkelijke indeling rond het vierkant is ten dele aanwezig aan de westzijde (woning) en de noordzijde (dars).
Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen met spaarzaam gebruik van gele baksteen ter decoratie. Het muurwerk heeft een met cement aangestreken plint.
De symmetrisch opgezette voorgevel (NW) telt zes vensterassen. De tweede as vanaf rechts bevatte in oorsprong een deur doch heeft thans evenals de andere vensterassen een schuifvenster.
De twee centrale assen zijn geplaatst in een hoge en risalerende middenpartij die de kapvoet doorsnijdt. De hoeken van de gevel en de beide buitenhoeken van de middenpartij zijn geblokt uitgemetseld. De middenpartij heeft een flauw hellend zadeldak met zwarte Hollandse pan, gesneden windveren en gootlijsten. In de geveltop van de middenpartij bevindt zich een klein rond venster met daaronder een gevelsteen met de naam van de boerderij. Het dakschild van de hoofdkap wordt hoog boven de middenpartij doorsneden door een een ronde schoorsteen op vierkante basis waarin zich de genoemde steen met jaartal bevindt. De gevelvlakken die de middenpartij flankeren hebben elk een gladde kroonlijst.
Van de overige zijden is de linkerzijde (NO) nog geheel oorspronkelijk. Het is een grotendeels blinde wand met drie hooggeplaatste ijzeren stalvensters. De achterzijde (ZO) bevat rechts de darsdeur.
Waardering
De stolpboerderij is van algemeen belang uit architectuur- en cultuurhistorisch oogpunt als merendeels gaaf bewaard gebleven voorbeeld van agrarische bouwkunst uit de late 19de eeuw.

TIMBER-FRAMED FARMHOUSE of the derived North Holland type, called "Wilhelminahoeve" and according to stone in chimney built in 1898. The farmhouse is situated in the village centre on the east side of Spierdijkerweg. The farmhouse is on a spacious front courtyard with the roof ridge perpendicular to the road.
Description
Timber-framed farmhouse built on a rectangular ground plan under a hipped roof with black Dutch tiles and lead-covered decorated elements at both ridge ends.
The internal wooden load-bearing structure consists of a rectangular square with tie-beam trusses. The original layout around the square is partly present on the west side (dwelling) and the north side (threshing floor).
The masonry is built in red brick with sparing use of yellow brick for decoration. The masonry has a plinth finished with cement.
The symmetrically arranged front facade (NW) has six window bays. The second bay from the right originally contained a door but now, like the other window bays, has a sash window.
The two central bays are placed in a tall and projecting central section that penetrates the eaves line. The corners of the gable and both outer corners of the central section are built up with raised brickwork. The central section has a gently pitched gabled roof with black Dutch tiles, carved roof finials and gutter lines. In the gable top of the central section is a small round window with below it a stone plaque with the name of the farmhouse. The roof covering of the main roof is crossed high above the central section by a round chimney on square base in which is located the aforementioned stone with date. The facade surfaces flanking the central section each have a smooth cornice.
Of the other sides, the left side (NE) is still entirely original. It is largely a blank wall with three high-placed iron stable windows. The rear side (SE) contains on the right the threshing floor door.
Valuation
The timber-framed farmhouse is of general importance from an architectural and cultural-historical perspective as a mostly well-preserved example of agricultural construction from the late 19th century.
