Inleiding
Het STOOKHOK is een oorspronkelijk onderdeel van het in de derde kwart van de 19e eeuw gebouwde boerderijcomplex. Het stookhok is aan de oostgevel naast de boerderij gesitueerd, thans middels een schot met de boerderij verbonden.
Omschrijving
Stookhok op rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak met decoratieve windveer, belegd met zwart geglazuurde Friese pannen. Het is opgetrokken in roodbruine handvormstenen op een enigszins uitkragend trasraam. In de noordgevel een T-venster met achtruits bovenlicht onder strek. In de zijgevels getoogde tweeruitsvenster onder strek; in de westgevel een houten deur.
Waardering
Het stookhok, in het derde kwart van de 19e eeuw in Opeinde gerealiseerd, heeft een cultuurhistorische en architectonische waarde:

The HEATING HOUSE is an original component of the farmhouse complex built in the third quarter of the 19th century. The heating house is situated on the eastern facade next to the farmhouse, currently connected to the farmhouse by a partition.

Heating house on rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof with decorative weather vane, laid with black glazed Frisian tiles. It is constructed in reddish-brown hand-moulded bricks on a slightly projecting mortar bed. In the north facade a T-window with eight-pane fanlight under a lintel. In the side facades arched two-pane windows under a lintel; in the western facade a wooden door.
Valuation
The heating house, realized in the third quarter of the 19th century in Opeinde, has cultural-historical and architectural value:
- as an essential and original component of the visually intact complex,
- because of the reasonable degree of architectural integrity of the exterior,
