Omschrijving
Vrijstaande middenstandswoning gebouwd in overgangsstijl met chaletstijlachtige invloeden. Volgens de gedenksteen werd de eerste steen in 1921 gelegd door C.A. Vlieger.
De woning heeft een langsgevel met middenrisaliet in topgevelvorm. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit rode machinale baksteen in kruisverband. De voorgevel wordt verlevendigd door een groen geglazuurde profiellijst waarin de raamdorpels zijn opgenomen, dito afdeklijst van de plint, geglazuurde bakstenen accenten in de gele bakstenen bogen en een groen geglazuurd architraaflijstje onder de goot. Overigens banden en sierwerk in gele baksteen. Tegelvullingen in de boogtrommels. De entree met panelendeur en glas-in-lood bovenlicht is opgenomen in een geheel betegelde nis. Boven de entree bevindt zich een door zware consoles gedragen balkon, voorzien van een balustrade met gietijzeren vulling. Het balkon is bereikbaar via dubbele balkondeuren met een driehoekig glas-in-lood bovenlicht. In de voorgevel houten H-type schuiframen met glas-in-lood bovenramen en ingebouwde rolluiken. In de rechter zijgevel eveneens vensters met glas-in- lood bovenlichten. In de linker zijgevel en de achtergevel bevinden zich ondermeer een nieuw venster.
Het huis is voorzien van een zadeldak met een dwars hierop geplaatst zadeldakje aan de voorzijde; beide kappen zijn voorzien van overstekken met houten topvulling en stokmakelaar en gedekt met rode, geglazuurde tuile du nord.
Aan de achtergevel bevindt zich een kleine aanbouw, die uitgebreid is met een zadelak met knik, gedekt met rode pannen.
In het interieur bevinden zich enkele originele onderdelen.
De tuin wordt van de openbare weg gescheiden door een sober ijzeren boogjes-hek met gietijzeren inritpalen.
Achter in de tuin een bakstenen wagenhuis met zadeldak gedekt met rode tuile du nord.

Detached middle-class dwelling built in transitional style with chalet-style influences. According to the commemorative stone, the foundation stone was laid in 1921 by C.A. Vlieger.
The dwelling has a side gable with central risalit in the form of a top gable. The facades are built up in red machine-made brick in Flemish bond. The front facade is enlivened by a green glazed profile moulding in which the window sills are incorporated, likewise the capping moulding of the plinth, glazed brick accents in the yellow brick arches and a green glazed architrave moulding under the gutter. Otherwise bands and decorative work in yellow brick. Tile infills in the arch rings. The entrance with panelled door and stained glass fanlight is incorporated in an entirely tiled recess. Above the entrance there is a balcony supported by heavy consoles, provided with a balustrade with cast-iron infill. The balcony is accessible via double French doors with a triangular stained glass fanlight. In the front facade wooden H-type sash windows with stained glass upper panes and built-in roller blinds. In the right side facade likewise windows with stained glass upper panes. In the left side facade and rear facade there are among other things a new window.
The house is provided with a gabled roof with a transverse gabled roof placed on it at the front; both roofs are provided with overhanging eaves with wooden top infill and roof cresting and covered with red, glazed tuile du nord.
On the rear facade there is a small annex, which has been extended with a gabled roof with a kink, covered with red tiles.
In the interior there are some original components.
The garden is separated from the public road by a modest iron arch-pattern fence with cast-iron entrance posts.
At the back of the garden a brick wagon house with gabled roof covered with red tuile du nord.
