Omschrijving
Vrijstaande middenstandswoning, genaamd "Bos Rust", in 1909 in overgangsstijl gebouwd.
Woning met lijstgevel en middenrisaliet zonder verdieping op eenvoudige plattegrond, met gevels opgetrokken uit roodbruine baksteen in kruisverband. De voorgevel wordt verlevendigd door gepleisterde plint, banden, dorpellijst, fries en boogblokjes. De middenrisaliet met entreenis verbreedt zich ter hoogte van het balkon en zet zich door de kroonlijst voort als forse gemetselde dakkapel. Het balkon op geprofileerde consoles is voorzien van een rijk, uitbuikend smeedijzeren hek in Jugendstil-trant.
Aan weerszijden van de entree bevindt zich een, tot tweelicht gekoppeld houten kozijn met H-type schuiframen voorzien van glas-in-lood bovenramen. De rijke voordeur met smeedijzeren Jugendstil-trant raamhekjes is voorzien van een getoogd bovenlicht. Het balkon is bereikbaar via houten vleugeldeuren met bovenlicht.
De woning bezit een langszadeldak met overstekken met strakke windveren; op de risaliet een lager dwarskapje met overstek op dubbele schoorconstructies en voorzien van strakke windveren en een stokmakelaar; het geheel is gedekt met gesmoorde tuile du nord. Achter de woning bevindt zich een lagere aanbouw.
Het interieur van de woning is niet beoordeeld.

Detached middle-class dwelling, called "Bos Rust", built in 1909 in transitional style.
Dwelling with cornice-topped facade and central risalit without upper storey on simple floor plan, with facades built up in reddish-brown brick in Flemish bond. The front facade is enlivened by plastered plinth, bands, window sill moulding, frieze and arch blocks. The central risalit with entrance widens at the height of the balcony and continues through the cornice as a massive masoned roof dormer. The balcony on profiled consoles is provided with a rich, bulging wrought-iron railing in Art Nouveau style.
On either side of the entrance there is a wooden window frame coupled into a two-light unit with H-type sash windows provided with stained glass upper panes. The ornate front door with wrought-iron Art Nouveau style window grilles is provided with an arched fanlight. The balcony is accessible via wooden French doors with fanlight.
The dwelling has a side gabled roof with overhanging eaves with neat fascia boards; on the risalit a lower transverse roof with overhang on double brace constructions and provided with neat fascia boards and a roof cresting; the whole is covered with smothered tuile du nord. Behind the dwelling there is a lower annex.
The interior of the dwelling has not been assessed.
The dwelling is situated on a spacious plot which is separated from the public road by a simple wrought-iron fence.
