Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
HUIS, XVIII, gewijzigd en vergroot in XIX en XX; bakstenen gebouw met verdieping onder twee evenwijdige schilddaken; de hoofdmassa op lange rechthoekige plattegrond is aan de voorzijde 9 ramen breed; de drie linker ramen (in de verlenging van ca. 1870) komen als erker naar voren. Langs de gehele voorgevel een strook bestrating met gele ijsselsteentjes; hierin, tegen de gevel, een waterput (ondergronds). De voorgevel heeft 6-lichts ramen en is wit gepleisterd; de verdiepingsramen hebben blinden. Aan de korte noordgevel een achtkantige koepel, XVIIIc, zonder verdieping onder puntdak met grijze pannen; op de makelaar een windvaan; eenvoudig halfrond houten fronton boven middenraam; de ramen, c.q. tuindeuren hebben alle een 6-ruitsdeling en reiken tot de grond. Inwendig een stucplafond met L.XV-ornamenten. Rond 1870 is de hoofdmassa aan de zuidzijde erkervormig verlengd over beide verdiepingen. Het schilddak heeft op voor- en zijvlakken geglaasde blauwe en aan achterzijde rode pannen; aan voorzijde langs hele nok een statiebord. Het achterhuis heeft een eigen schilddak met rode pannen en ramen met 6-lichtsverdeling. Aan de achtergevel van de hoofdmassa over beide verdiepingen een smalle aanbouw, XXa. Naast het achterhuis een verbinding met het koetshuis (zie onder 3) van één bouwlaag onder lessenaarsdak; in de oksel van de koepel en het achterhuis een bouwdeel met plat dak zonder verdieping.

Description of component 1:
HOUSE, 18th century, modified and enlarged in 19th and 20th centuries; brick building with upper storey under two parallel hipped roofs; the main mass on a long rectangular footprint is nine windows wide on the front; the three left-hand windows (in the extension of c. 1870) project as a bay. Along the entire front facade a strip of paving with yellow Ijssel bricks; in this, against the facade, a water well (underground). The front facade has 6-light windows and is white-rendered; the upper storey windows have blinds. On the short north-facing facade an octagonal pavilion, mid-18th century, without upper storey under a pointed roof with grey tiles; on the weather vane a weather cock; simple semi-circular wooden pediment above middle window; the windows or garden doors all have a 6-pane division and reach to the ground. Internally a stucco ceiling with Louis XV ornaments. Around 1870 the main mass was extended at the south side in the form of a bay over both storeys. The hipped roof has glazed blue tiles on front and side faces and red tiles on the rear; along the entire ridge on the front a ridge board. The rear house has its own hipped roof with red tiles and windows with 6-light division. On the rear facade of the main mass over both storeys a narrow extension, 20th century early. Next to the rear house a connection to the coach house (see under 3) of one storey under a lean-to roof; in the angle between the pavilion and the rear house a building component with flat roof without upper storey.
